Finally available again! Beautiful new apartment, about 90 square meters at the farm. Everything is easily accessible by car, 8 min. to the highway, 25 min to Therme Erding, 25 min to Munich. Also ideal for a trip to the wildlife park, Allianz Arena, Lake Chiemsee, the mountains or BayernPark. The bus stop (MVV line 470) for the direct service to Munich – Max-Weber-Platz is 200 metres away. There is a lot of space on the farm, there are animals (dog, cat, horse, beef). Of course, there is free Wi-Fi.

For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Come to this incomparable retreat in the middle of nature. We offer a small wooden house between our 2 ponds, on one of which there is a small rowing boat. In the cottage is a comfortable double bed, a seating area and the possibility to cook with a camping stove - but there is no electricity and no running water in the cottage. At the cottage is a small sink. Outside there is a barbecue area, hammock and seating. Bathroom for exclusive use is at the top of the farm.

The apartment has its own entrance. Via the staircase you can get to the basement with an anteroom and cloakroom. In the first room is the eat-in kitchen with sofa and table, kitchenette and TV. Through an open passage you enter the bedroom with a wardrobe, a 1.40 cm wide bed and a desk. Next is the sliding door to the shower with toilet.
