All of Landshut's sights are within walking distance via the romantic alleys and streets. There are a total of 3 sleeping options available, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. In the courtyard there is space for bicycles and the resident parking permit does not let you walk far to the apartment.

Das Apartment war zuvor 10 Jahre lang ein Laden Namens Ayu Living. Ayu bedeutet auf Balinesisch wunderschön. Und das wollen wir in unserem Apartment vermitteln. Wenn man hier rein kommt fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Im Herzen von Landshut nur wenige Gehminuten in die Altstadt, aber trotzdem in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. The apartment has its own entrance. Via the staircase you can get to the basement with an anteroom and cloakroom. In the first room is the eat-in kitchen with sofa and table, kitchenette and TV. Through an open passage you enter the bedroom with a wardrobe, a 1.40 cm wide bed and a desk. Next is the sliding door to the shower with toilet.
