The Zirben Chalet is located south of Landshut in the municipality of Kumhausen (8 minutes to the old town of Landshut, city bus connection available) surrounded by forest, field and meadows. Enjoy the tranquility in the chalet made of original Austrian highland pine. You can use the natural pool, children's rope swing, trampoline and play castle at your own risk. For a fee, an 11 KW wallbox, electric bicycles or cargo bike for 1 adult plus max. 3 children up to 8 years old or 2 children up to 12 years old can be used.

In the courtyard there is space for bicycles and the resident parking permit does not let you walk far to the apartment.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in dem idyllischen Ort "Maria Thalheim". Dort finden Sie in unmittelbarer Nähe einen Bäcker (mit Lebensmitteln des täglichen Bedarfes), einen Metzger sowie ein italienisches Restaurant mit Biergarten. Im Sommer lädt der Naturbadesee (zu Fuß erreichbar) zum schwimmen und relaxen ein.

Das Apartment war zuvor 10 Jahre lang ein Laden Namens Ayu Living. Ayu bedeutet auf Balinesisch wunderschön. Und das wollen wir in unserem Apartment vermitteln. Wenn man hier rein kommt fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Im Herzen von Landshut nur wenige Gehminuten in die Altstadt, aber trotzdem in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Ein Supermarkt (Penny), Fitness Center und Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke. Mehrere Restaurants in Gehweite vorhanden.
