There are a total of 3 sleeping options available, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. In the courtyard there is space for bicycles and the resident parking permit does not let you walk far to the apartment.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
