Between the lake and the mountains, a nice site and beautiful location for our recently renovated cottage. Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. In a rural and quiet environment, you will enjoy the serenity of the place with a bonus of an unobstructed view facing the fields and the lake. In summer and winter, you will have quick access to the leisure and pleasures of Lake Geneva or the mountains: 10 min Evian (lake), 10 min ski resorts.

In our cozy little village, 20-30 minutes from Annecy, Geneva or Bellegarde/Valserine, come and enjoy the countryside. Close to shops and public transport (LIHSA line 22). On approximately 50 m2 and 2 levels, the house includes: Ground floor: living room/kitchen with direct access to the terrace, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms (double beds 140) and toilet. <!>Pets accepted, avoiding leaving them alone if possible (in an unknown place). Ski resorts 50 minutes max.

My accommodation is on the southern flank of Salève, 930 meters above sea level, between Annecy (25 km) and Geneva (25 km). 5-minute drive to all the shops in Cruseilles. You'll love my place for its calm and environment, close to nature, with exceptional views of the Alps and Mont Blanc. My place is good for couples or families (with kids), to rest or play sports (hiking, mountain biking, swimming, tree climbing), in summer and winter.

Lots of charm in this old townhouse (1820), in the old hamlet of Arare, in the municipality of Plan-les-Ouates, which overlooks a quiet alley. Vintage terracotta tiles on the ground floor and vintage wooden staircase that creaks a little... Very well located. Close to shops and public transport as well as the industrial area of Plan-les-Ouates. Easy access to the highway.
