Fully equipped 1-room apartment (34 sqm) in Villa Glückspilz for 2 people directly on the Binzer beach promenade in the immediate vicinity of the pier and shopping street. For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernised by the end of 2025. Unfortunately, the construction project is significantly delayed. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.

Small duplex apartment in a vacation complex with 4 houses of 6 apartments each. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, single dishwasher, toaster, kettle and egg cooker, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker and dishes for up to 6 people. A children's travel bed and highchair are available. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, but these are used by all residents for a fee/coin-operated. A parking place is available.

Modern and practically furnished 2-room apartment is centrally located in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, not far from the beaches and the center with restaurants, as well as a supermarket, bakery and small shops. It is about 5 minutes' walk to the famous pier or to the north beach and about 10 minutes to the south beach. The apartment is located in a very quiet and central location on Luftbadstraße.

The apartment has a king-size box-spring bed, a comfortable sitting area, an integrated, fully equipped fitted kitchen, dining area and shower room. In our rustic, natural and idyllic garden, there are 2 small bungalow apartments "Sanddorn" and "sunflower", where you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in a small fishing village on the water. The small apartments can accommodate 2 persons persons and are located on our invisible courtyard. A Finnish wood-burning stove sauna (25€) can also be booked additionally.
