Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this vacation home is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

Von der Villa aus sind es nur wenige Meter bis zur Wilhelmstraße, der Ostsee und dem Selliner See.

The apartment is excellently located and offers direct views of the water. It is equipped with a bedroom, living room with small dining and kitchen area and a shower room. Outside there is a terrace and a barbecue area. Seedorf is located in the south-east of Rügen in the middle of a biosphere reserve and thus in fantastic nature. A children's travel bed and highchair are available. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, but these are used by all residents for a fee/coin-operated. A parking place is available.

Our house itself houses 2 shops, a fashion store and the Küsteneck, filled with typical Rügen souvenirs. Many shops line the main road....
