Quietly located on the edge of the forest, our eco-friendly cottage is 10 minutes from the Chassezac River, 15 minutes from Les Vans and 25 minutes from the Gorges de l'Ardèche. The Nordic bath is optional, on the private terrace of the cottage, to be managed independently. Price: 65 euros per stay (wood heating included) Shops and markets are a 5-minute walk away. Hiking trail starts from the cottage and 2 minutes from the greenway for bike rides. Things to do nearby: Canoeing kayaking, canyoning, mountain biking...

This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. The 45 m2 cottage where you will stay is attached to our main vacation home (which we will be absent from when you come to leave you all the outdoor terrace space). It is located close to the Ardèche River. The village of Lanas is very pleasant to stay in and we never tire of coming here as the setting is soothing and there are many activities (swimming, canoeing, hiking, remarkable natural sites, labeled villages...) No doubt you will feel good there!

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.
