Medieval Fort, Sud Ardèche stunning loft with pool

Formally a fortified castle “Fort de La Bastide “ was constructed on the site of a Roman military station. The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. The fort has maintained many original features including the old stone staircase at the front door leading up to a 4 bedroomed loft apartment . There is full access to the large garden including an 10mx4m in-ground heated swimming pool .

Renovated with care, taste and love, this charming 18m2 studio is ideally designed for 2 people. The sleeping area has been imagined to be as cozy as possible and is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed The kitchen/living room overlooks a very quiet and sunny street (the only opening of the studio). In an alley in the charming village of Lanas, between Balazuc and Vogüé, both labeled "most beautiful villages in France", the cottage of Barry full of character has been very recently renovated. 50 meters away, the Ardèche invites you to swim or canoe. A greenway allows you to practice cycling or jogging safely. Numerous climbing sites, caving, cave visits (Caverne du Pont d'Arc, Aven d'Orgnac), character villages, markets, hikes, remarkable natural sites, etc...

Large charming stone cottage located in the pretty village of Saint Maurice d'Ardèche, next to character villages such as Vogüé, Balazuc and Lagorce, but also 12 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc. This spacious cottage will give you an air of tranquility, taking advantage of the authentic charm of Ardèche houses. Located a 3-min walk from the village bakery/delicatessen but also 5 min from a river where the Ardèche water flows, Greenway 50 m from the gîte on foot.

Maisonette with terrace

The 45 m2 cottage where you will stay is attached to our main vacation home (which we will be absent from when you come to leave you all the outdoor terrace space). It is located close to the Ardèche River. The village of Lanas is very pleasant to stay in and we never tire of coming here as the setting is soothing and there are many activities (swimming, canoeing, hiking, remarkable natural sites, labeled villages...) No doubt you will feel good there!

L'Oustau di Boule – Old Renovated House

The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the old village of Vogüé, ranked among the Most Beautiful Villages of France and Villages de Caratère, in Southern Ardèche. River, beach, restaurants and bars are 50 meters away. Less than a kilometer away you can benefit from many local shops (grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, nougaterie, fruits and vegetables, hairdresser, tobacco-press etc.).
