Holiday rentals with a patio in Lamai

we had a very enjoyable stay at Lalisas property! we stayed for a week to unwind and relax and we got exactly that! the beach club across the road was very good to go to for breakfast lunch and dinner and a dip in the pool! it is located on a loud main street, however this did not bother us whatsoever and it did not affect our sleep in any way! the bed was very comfortable and the house was SPOTLESS! very nice decor and very accommodating. we spent most of our time in the apartment for our last week in koh samui, and it felt just like home🥰 lalisa offered to arrange taxi to and from the property and was always very responsive. i will definitely stay at more of your properties, we loved it! thank you SO MUCH !

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, had all the amenities required, and offered stunning views of the ocean. The location was ideal, close to everything but still peaceful. The host was very welcoming and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! 10/10

Il posto era bellissimo, una camera stupenda, molto grande, pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort tra cui vasca da bagno e doccia. In generale il residence era molto bello ed elegante, con piscina sul mare e spiaggia privata. Georgy è sempre stato disponibile e facilmente raggiungibile, dandoci informazioni e rispondendo ad ogni eventuale richiesta. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Este departamento tiene la cama más cómoda y deliciosa que he probado en un Airbnb, las almohadas son perfectas y realmente logras tener pleno descanso, aparte de todo lo necesario te dejan un tratamiento y spray para el cabello absolutamente espectacular, como mujer lo agradecerás🤭👌🏻 El alojamiento de Nemo está perfectamente decorado, han cuidado cada atención al detalle, está súper limpio y completamente equipado con todo lo necesario y más para una estadía placentera y cómoda🌿🐚🙌🏻 La lavadora/secadora son un mega plus cuando viajas por tantas semanas, cafetera con café para moler, té, condimentos básicos, cortinas black out, implementos básicos de limpieza, todo es absolutamente cómodo, el sofá, la TV, la aspiradora, el balcón, todo me encantó!!! Si puedes reservarlo no dudes en hacerlo, tendrás un experiencia maravillosa desde un lugar con excelente ubicación y Nemo es un gran host😊 Gracias por todo! Saludos, Dani & Will 💜

Located in my favourite part of Samui which is a little more peaceful but with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and bars near by. The sea is a short walk, about 10 mins. There’s a steep road up to the apartment but then you have a beautiful sea view from the living and dining area. Very comfortable for our week’s stay. Highly recommended.

We have stayed at a lot of airbnbs and all I can say is - wow. Sama loft is truly a special place, decorated with utmost care and so many special touches - it’s really a beautiful spot. It’s a little oasis that’s still very close to the action. Great WiFi, beautiful space, comfortable bed and gorgeous bathroom, close to shops and restaurants. We would absolutely recommend this space to anyone. It’s really even better than the pictures in person. Natalie and her team were extremely accommodating - highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a different kind of experience, this is the place to come. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and forest at the back, while the front opens up to a stunning sea view. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Having someone kind prepare your breakfast in the morning to them doing it all quietly without disturbing you was amazing While I went to the gym, my room was cleaned and our daily needs were always taken care of. We didn’t have to go to the market even once. You don’t even notice the presence of security or staff, everything runs so smoothly. Just 400 meters down the road, there’s a Muay Thai and fitness gym. After training, jumping into the pool or spending time in the ice bath was the perfect way to unwind. Everything was so well thought out, thank you so much. I had an amazing time.

Sehr ruhige Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar, 25 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Villa, großzügige/ geräumige Villa mit toller Ausstattung, Küche mit guter Basisausstattung um einfache und schnelle Gerichte kochen zu können, viel Platz, gemütliche Betten, schöner und großer Pool, unverbauter Blick in die Berge, top Privatsphäre, man fühlt sich schnell wie zu Hause, sehr gute Kommunikation, Touren und Transfers wurden top organisiert. Klare Weiterempfehlung, toller Ort zum relaxen!!!

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser Villa. Das Haus war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war ruhig und angenehm, mit tollem Ausblick. Besonders positiv ist uns die gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber aufgefallen – freundlich, zuverlässig und schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

De loft is werkelijk fantastisch! De ruimte is met ontzettend veel zorg en aandacht ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het voelt als een oase van rust, net buiten de drukte van Bophut – de perfecte plek om te ontspannen. Patricia is een echte superhost: altijd bereikbaar, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze gaf ons veel fijne tips over de omgeving, wat ons verblijf nog aangenamer maakte. Houd er wel rekening mee dat de weg naar de loft vrij steil is, iets om mee te nemen in je planning als je een auto huurt. Kortom, een absolute aanrader!

The villa is beautiful, perfectly cleaned and maintained, with a stunning view, and all the mod-cons that you need. The location in Samui is very central. Sebastian is the perfect host - professional, friendly, efficient and fast to respond. Highly recommend! We look forward to stay again! :-)

Beautiful airbnb, such a nice secluded location so peaceful! The facilities were excellent, very comfortable for four people staying. Hosts were attentive & lovely cleaners. Kitty is the cutest cat ever, we miss her already! We didn’t use scooters, just taxis just make sure you order them on bolt and that they take you up the hill! Amazing stay.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in der Villa von Thierry, und wir würden auch ein drittes mal wieder kommen. Die Villa ist wunderbar, Thierry ist ein gechillter Typ der immer erreichbar war und uns Taxi sowie Roller für unseren Aufenthalt organisiert hat. Wir hatten den ganzen Aufenthalt unsere Privatsphäre. Die Villa ist auf einem Berg gelegen, es ist sinnvoll sich einen Roller zu mieten und das Fahren zu beherrschen- denn die Auffahrt ist sehr steil. Wir waren sehr zufrieden ! Top :-)

Our stay at this air bnb was incredible, the stunning sunset views from the balcony were an evening highlight. The apartment is pristine with beautiful interior decor and has every amenity you could think of for your stay. Mel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer our questions. The Welcome basket on arrival is very thoughtful, ours included some wine, beer and lovely local snacks and chocolates. We loved the location, which was close to everything including the airport. We had a private Yoga and Sound healing Session on the last night, it was incredible, thank you for the recommendation Mel. We cannot recommend Mel and the property highly enough.

The Apartment was in a great location. You could walk to the beach, the convenience store, and various restaurants. We had been staying in many hotels on this trip, and getting an apartment was a GREAT decision. The place had an oversized couch, a comfy bed, and a washer machine, but most of all, there was LOTS of room to spread out as opposed to a cramped hotel room for the same price. It had easy parking for our rented motorbike, which was a plus. We will definitely stay here next year as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s condominium. It was just as he described, spacious and comfortable with a great view. We felt very safe and secure and usually left our front door and back slider wide open to take advantage of a great cross breeze thru the condo. It was our first time staying in an Airbnb, where we had to pay the electricity and water separately, which turned out to be no problem. Although the temperatures were in the mid 80s, we only had to use the air conditioning in the bedroom at night time while sleeping. We stayed nine nights and had the cleaners come in one time and the total charge was just over 800 Baht (about $2.50 per day). The hill to walk into town mentioned by Paul is very steep! Walking up it in the afternoon sun was a killer. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to our friends and family.

Отличное расположение квартиры, вид на море и бассейн, хорошая шумоизоляция. Рядом берег с причалами, на нем нельзя купаться, но много вкусных заведений и рынок. Если вы на байке, то это идеальное место для жилья. Сама квартира в прекрасном состоянии, ухоженная и стильная. Быстрый интернет, этот момент был нам очень важен для работы из жилья. Также отзывчивый персонал, мы попросили обновить сковороду, и нам ее купили на следующий день. Оплата за коммунальные услуги за 2 недели вышла около 50$.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Clean as a whistle and great quality . Bed was huge and super comfortable. Slept really well here for a week. ( chronic insomniac!!) . Air conditioning was sublime. Lovely pool when you feel like a day off sight seeing . Walking distance from the beach - absolutely stunning also with several great beach cafés , and a ‘high street’ of more wonderful places to eat . A couple of super boojie cafes that are less ‘Thai’ but absolutely everywhere serves divine fresh fruit smoothies and really good coffee. Could have stayed a few years!!

Нам очень нравится этот район, мы были на машине, поэтому добираться везде удобно, но и пешком тоже можно прогуляться до ближайших пляжей 👌🏻 в квартире есть все необходимое, для полноценной жизни и отдыха! Уборка раз в неделю, с заменой полотенец и сменой белья! Хозяин был добр и заселил нас в 11 утра, нам не пришлось ждать с ребенком после выселения с предыдущего жилья, просто загрузили вещи в машину и через 10 минут уже были в новом доме ☺️ огромный респект 👍🏻 за это! Спасибо 🫶

This was the first time I have stayed in this area and the location of the apartment was absolutely perfect. It was perfectly located for the local markets and some amazing bars and restaurants, not to mention the beautiful temple which you can see clearly from the balcony. The shopping mall is an 8 minute taxi ride with everything you need from toothpaste to organic Aloe Vera gel! (for sunburn its amazing) The apartment itself was beautiful, it's sunny and fresh and spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfortable we slept like babies and the linen and towels were brand new and clean and soft. The kitchen was super equipped with everything you could need (bottle opener and corkscrew) we didn't cook but if you want to you can. We sat on the balcony in the evening and its perfect! Its so peaceful and you can watch the lights on Koh Pagnan and watch the fishing boats in the bay. Its stunning and we loved it. I'm definitely coming for longer next time. Shar has done a great job, beautiful!
