Il mio alloggio si trova a solo 4 km dal centro di San Teodoro e dalle famose spiagge, splendide viste panoramiche,ristoranti, attività per la famiglia e vicino a tutte le comodità come supermercati,farmacia etc.Dista 20 minut in auto all'aeroporto e al porto. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: In zona tranquilla e rilassante.Arredamento nuovo con cucina completa. Linea del gas e idrica diretta.( no bombola in casa ). Molto spazio al esterno con lettini e barbeque. POSTO AUTO PRIVATO.

Appartamento poco fuori il centro di San Teodoro in una posizione molto tranquilla , la casa ha tutto il necessario per un bellissimo soggiorno . Il terrazzo é quella chicca in più che rende tutto eccezionale . La reattività e disponibilità di Elena e Alessandro é fantastica . Una nota di merito anche all signora Angela disponibile e pronta a dare una mano se necessario . Sicuramente un soggiorno da ripete .

N'ayant pas lu complètement les instructions, Stefano est venu nous chercher, il nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise, son accueil à été irréprochable, ne parlant pas Italiens et notre Anglais très pauvre, il c'est très bien débrouillé avec son Français, sa tante Liviana nous a été d'un grand secours pour toutes nos réservations. Tous les 2 nous ont offerts un séjour magnifique, nous indiquant les bons restaurants, les bonnes adresses et les meilleurs sites à visiter, ils ont été d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, nous faisant nous sentir chez nous, Nous les avons quitté avec le pincement au cœur. Le logement est très bien équipé et confortable, le lieu est très fleurie avec des senteurs très agréables. Nous reviendrons chez Stefano

La casa delle conchiglie è arredata con gusto e si trova in una posizione strategica, vicinissimo alla spiaggia la Cinta e al Comune di San Teodoro. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa, facile raggiungere la ss 131 e la ss 125 che portano a nord e a sud della Sardegna. Gode di una bellissima terrazza che affaccia sulla campagna, in lontananza si vede il mare. La cucina è molto attrezzata e all’interno dell’appartamento è presente anche l’aria condizionata. Unica mancanza il Wi-Fi. La casa ha la possibilità di effettuare il Self check-in e check-out ma al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto la signora Pietruccia, gentile e disponibile.
