Monthly Rentals in Lakeside

I accidentally messed up the timing on my other stay in Colorado and needed somewhere to stay for the night, so I booked here. If I could do it again, I'd stay here the whole week instead! The place was easy to get to, the inside was clean and cozy, and Andrew and Michael were extremely helpful and communicative. If planning a stay in Denver, this is your place!

Location is unbeatable! Close to restaurants, freeway & very close to downtown or to go play in the mountains. House was comfortable and hosts communicated with us during our trip. Would stay again!! Thanks!

Ann's house was outstanding. I loved all the amenities including yard games, a dog door with fully fenced in backyard, the patio, and the computer monitor. The location was great and I felt very safe. Ann did a great job taking care of the house and with communication. Everything was top notch.

A top Airbnb experience – and I travel a lot! Susan was not only a fantastic host, but a professional one – balancing proactive communication with respecting my privacy, ensuring a quality space, and responding to my occasional needs. It's always a bit riskier to book a longer Airbnb stay, but over my four months here I am so so glad I did. Area is very walkable – wonderful lake with a path around it half a block away, and excellent coffee, cocktails, dining & ice cream just 10-20 minutes on foot, or minutes in a car. I don't mind smaller living spaces, and honestly the photos don't do justice to the layout. High quality in every detail – I worked from the kitchen table, cooking full meals in the galley kitchen, and lounged in bed watching TV... this quickly felt like home. Thank you Susan for a fantastic stay – I highly recommend this to anyone who appreciates a well-designed, appointed & hosted space.
