The Alpenchalet Kogel is located on the outskirts of Bad Tölz high above the old town with a fantastic view of the city and the Karwendel Mountains. It is luxuriously equipped with an old wooden roof chair, designer kitchen made of black steel, garden sauna, two secluded terraces, fireplace and a mixture of high-quality designer furniture and antiques. For children there is a cable car, a trampoline, slide, sandbox, tree house and soccer field as well as in-house Cameroon sheep in summer.

Starting point for endless hikes, bike rides, swimming lakes, ski and winter sports activities and much more. Our region offers holidays, relaxation and sports facilities for young and old in all seasons. The special location allows all shops serving everyday needs to be easily accessible within a radius of 5 km.

Hermione vacation home

The 95 m² house offers space for 6 adults. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a library and a TV as well as a shower with toilet. Outside there is a terrace with barbecue and a fenced garden. There is a storage room with washing machine and a shed for SUP boards and bicycles. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with four beds and one with two single beds. WLAN, heating and parking are free of charge.

In only about 10 minutes by car you can reach all the surrounding ski areas.

With its own forest, ponds and meadow, it is ideal for couples or families with older children who want to switch off. Enjoy the fireplace, the silence and the view of the countryside. Munich & mountains are only 35 minutes away, shopping in Wolfratshausen. We ask for your understanding: no toddlers or pets.

In Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the chalet "Aus Holz" offers you an excellent view of the Alps. The accommodation extends over two floors and includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to eight people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and a TV. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided on request (available for an additional fee).
