The complex has its own private lake access with a spacious sunbathing area, changing rooms, showers, and toilets. A two-person paddleboat is available for guests' use. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area with a balcony, a bedroom (sleeps four), a foyer, and a bathroom with a shower.

Our apartment is located between mountain and lake, in the heart of Carinthia. The apartment itself (about 100 square meters) is furnished in a "country house" style and scores with coolness in summer and warmth in winter.
