In the past, Green House with big green garden was my parents' farmhouse. We ventured into tourism in 2017 by renting out a room. In 2021 we demolished the old house and built a new one. House is just 10 minutes walking to lake Bled. There are two apartments on the first floor, both have a balcony with separate entrances and there is a shared washing machine in the common hallway. The apartment is only 350 meters to the lake, restaurants and shops. Quiet location overlooking the lake and the island (view from the windows) Air-conditioned rooms fully equipped, balcony, kitchen with utensils, umbrellas on the windows, wi-fi free, smart tv,hi-fi. Villa Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.

Fully equipped with a modern kitchen, cozy living room, fire bowl, dining table and outdoor lounge - it leaves nothing to be desired.

Garden shed Ossiachersee

When you stay in this centrally located accommodation, your family has all the important points of contact close by. A bakery and shops are open Monday to Sunday during the summer season. We are located at the foot of Gerlitzenstraße, so the summit is easy to reach. A private garden area is available, perfect for quiet summer evenings or time in the garden with the family. Free access to Lake Ossiach is within walking distance.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

New apartment close to the lake

My place is close to the lake (10-minute walk) but in a very peaceful area with great views of the Julian Alps and the Karavanke. You’ll love my place because of the new and cozy apartment very close to all the sights. I used to be a tourist guide and I will be happy to tell you a lot about Bled and the surrounding. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
