Equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ, big bathtub, art, extra bedding, TV, library and washer.

Its remote location, 6 minutes drive above the town of Oregon House, is an ideal spot for a getaway. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located on a quiet street in the rebuilding town of Paradise. Enjoy an open 3 bedroom home with a cabin style decor. Relax in the evenings around the dining table on the front patio with a pretty treescape view. In the winter curl upon the couch in the living room enjoying the fireplace. I guarantee you will quickly feel right at home. Our local marina, Lime Saddle, has boat, kayak and paddle board rentals for a day on the lake.

In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. Located 2 blocks from downtown’s unique restaurants, shops and the Feather River. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable.
