Chidera was incredibly responsive and thoughtful—there was a pack of water in the fridge waiting for us along with eggs and a loaf of bread, which was such a nice touch after a long trip. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. There was also free parking available. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Some things were broken. But overall it was an amazing stay . Definitely will be staying again.

My stay at this Airbnb in Winnipeg was excellent. The place was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and in a quiet area. We spent 4 nights here for a conference and loved our stay! The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the RBC Convention Centre, Canada Life Centre, and plenty of great restaurants and breweries close by. The apartment had a beautiful view, was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Our host was kind and incredibly responsive. I would love to stay here again!

Crystal Properties was an amazing place. The communication was on point with Crystal P. and the co-host Mia. The apartment is huge and bright. We didn't get to enjoy the huge balcony (too cold) but the floor to ceiling windows still let you enjoy the amazing view. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook large or small meals. The king size bed and linens were really comfy. The bathroom was also very large. This property provided coffee pods (for the week), toilet paper, shampoo, bath gel and even a large roll of paper towel. All the furniture was very comfortable and still in great shape. We also appreciated the strict rules regarding noise as we are very quiet people. We absolutely loved this place and will not hesitate to book again. Thank you Crystal Properties.

It was the perfect combination of comfort and style—everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, going above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. From check-in to check-out, communication was seamless and thoughtful. The location was also ideal—close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Winnipeg and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

Nice place, clean, good host. All one requires for a one month stay. Very convenient to downtown Winnipeg which is what I required. One should always be aware of their surroundings in downtown Winnipeg but that is not specific to Hilda's place.

Sudath’s place was a perfect home base for a 3 day conference I attended at the convention centre. Easy walk to restaurants/stores. Loved that the well-equipped gym was on the same floor as the condo. And Sudath was super responsive to any message. Great experience.

Wonderful condo with easy access to Canada Life Centre. Liz is a great host and communicated with us throughout our stay. Check in and check out were extremely easy.

We had a great stay in this spacious, private apartment in a quiet building. Residents we met seemed friendly and respectable. Well-stocked kitchen (even had some spices) clean bathrooms and beds. Reliable wifi. Lovely morning sun. A real home-away-from-home during our 5 days there. Nice to know: If your party will not be coming and going as a group it’s good to know ahead that there is only one set of keys available. It can be managed with a little planning, though, with the lockbox outside, as long as you are comfortable leaving the apartment door unlocked while you run down and with propping open the main door while you put the keys in it. There is no signage for the outdoor overnight visitor parking, and maintenance is very on it if you park in the non-overnight visitor parking - get clear direction beforehand and leave a note with your suite# on the dash.

Great place to stay. It’s very comfortable and cozy. Parking on premises is ideal. The location is center to many things to do. Only one issue with our stay. Neither buzz codes to enter the building worked. We tried several times. Finally a resident let us in. I notified the host and never received a response. This was disappointing because I believe a host needs to acknowledge any and all situations that are brought to their attention. I hope that this feedback has a positive effect on further arrangements.

I had a great stay here! The place was very tidy, nicely maintained, and provided all the amenities I needed. It was in a perfect location — walking distance to the conference I was attending — and having parking included was a huge bonus. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely recommend it!

We stayed there for one of our daughter’s hockey tournaments during the Easter weekend. This house was perfect. The hosts were very accommodating and great to communicate with. Beautiful place, wonderful hosts in a great location…..it was a great weekend all around. Would love to stay there again!

The house was perfect and included everything we needed. Being able to bring our dogs was important and the fully fenced yard was great.

Great place, lovely location and easy to get around the city from. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed staying and using the sun room. TV room up stairs was great. Lots of places close by to grab food, good coffee spots, book store amd so much more. I would most certainly stay again.
