Tucked away amidst tranquil woods, this stylish home offers the ultimate escape for couples seeking relaxation and adventure, with a touch of family-friendly charm. From cozying up inside on the king bed or by the fireplace, to gliding along the lake in a paddleboard or gazing at stars near the firepit, our home offers endless opportunities for a couples getaway, ensuring a truly unforgettable lakeside experience for all.

Cornelius Condo, centrally located.

This 2 bed/ 2 bath, ground floor condo is located in a lovely neighborhood north of Charlotte and is just 5 min. from Lake Norman. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that opens up to a spacious living/dining space perfect for relaxing and enjoying a nice meal. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and master bath w/ walk-in shower & dual vanity. The 2nd bedroom is spacious, and the 2nd bath has a shower/tub combo. One pet up tp 25lbs is allowed with $75 pet fee. Internet and TV are available.

Included: 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bath with shower, elegant great room with fully equipped kitchen. Also includes a large open air porch with vaulted ceiling and sky lights. Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and pedal boating from the owner's dock. Restaurants & activities minutes away. EV charging available on premise. The guest house is a separate structure with it's own hvac.

You'll have a personal dock to moor your own boat. Nearby marinas offer boat/jetski/paddle board rentals. There is a canoe and kayak on premises as well as various sized life jackets. Restaurants from pizza to upscale lake view dining are all close by. Full kitchen if you prefer to cook here.

Hello All! We welcome our private hideaway to any guest that is looking for a short term getaway or just passing through the area. The suite has been recently renovated with all new finishes, including a wet bar area. Our house is right on Lake Norman, with several lake access points within the immediate area. We also welcome our full wrap around porch for ours guests leisure, along with an outdoor seating area. We hope you join us for a blissful experience! See you soon!

The Lawson Suite (private, with separate entry)

The Lawson Home is close to Lake Norman, and is perfect summer or Fall getaway. Lake Norman has so much to offer! Boating, and jet ski rentals are near by , or just enjoy exploring the quaint town of Mooresville, which offers shopping, restaurants. lake Norman State Park for hiking and Biking. Daveste Vineyard, Raffaldini Vineyard, Lazy Five Ranch, and so much more! We do allow smaller dogs only. The suite is not suitable for large dogs. Only one dog per visit.

Cozy & Convenient Loft on Lakeshore LKN 1-Bed

Relax and immerse yourself in Lake Norman's culture at The Loft on Lakeshore. Whether it be a couple's getaway, special occasion, a quick stop while traveling or scouting out the LKN area, we welcome you! Located in a quiet neighborhood only 1.5 miles off I-77, the Loft is a private second floor guesthouse overlooking Lake Norman. You'll also have access to an outdoor balcony, kayaks, paddle boards, the lake, beach, fire pit, and gazebo.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There are views of a main Lake Norman channel from almost every room in this 2000+ square foot house. Large dock, yard and fire pit. Unless the water is super high there is also a beach. Kids and adult kayaks. The 4th bedroom listed is actually the sunroom but has bunks and a pullout sofa. Great for kids.
