Holiday rentals with a patio in Lake Maggiore

Great place in Perledo. Close to market and bus station. 7 min drive to Varena. Very fast communication and clear guide.

We enjoyed staying at the apartment. It is tastefully and functionally furnished. The view of Lake Maggiore, the valleys & mountains is spectacular.

We had a wonderful time at Lake Maggiore – despite the mixed weather! Almost continuous rain did not stop us from enjoying our stay in Monica's fantastic apartment to the fullest. The place offers real luxury and comfort: the kitchen is perfectly equipped (including juicer, wok, small olive bowls and much more), so we could ideally use the bad weather to cook extensively. It was also particularly nice to read comfortably in front of the fireplace or watch the rain on the balcony by the courtyard. Cannobio is a charming little town – the weekly market on Sunday and Thursday are highly recommended! Monica was an amazing host: incredibly friendly, open and always helpful. Our culinary recommendation: Oggi Pasta & Trattoria Cannobio (a bit more expensive, but really delicious)! We will definitely be back in summer, looking forward to a hike to Monte Giove and a boat tour

We felt so comfortable! Unfortunately, we had a rather rainy week... but in this spacious apartment, it was really ok. We were here with baby, the cot was set up especially - thank you! High chair also available. The little one took his first steps here, crawled around a lot and he was able to do that, because the apartment is really clean and tidy... Cozy and thoughtfully designed. It was possible to stay on the beautiful large terrace and in the shady green garden. Everything is available in the kitchen and in good condition. Sufficient seating, games and books. And everything in good condition. Not the old, almost broken, discarded one that ends up in some other apartments. Of course, it's always easy to park in the house in the large garage! Thank you! We will definitely come back!

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described – if not better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a dream house . The highlight, though, was the window view – absolutely stunning! Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was breathtaking and made every moment even more special. The host was responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. For the quality, comfort, and experience, this place is absolutely worth the money. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway.

A big and heartfelt thank you to Emilio for the wonderful week we spent in his apartment and at the campsite! Sometimes chance finds are the best finds :-) We could now repeat the same things from the previous positive reviews, but we will keep it short and confirm everything that has been written so far! But still, in addition to the impeccable apartment, we would like to highlight the exceptionally clean and very beautiful surroundings, more specifically the campsite including the super (large) pool and everything else the campsite has to offer and to which the apartment is attached. We hope that we will have the opportunity to spend our Pentecost holiday there again in the near future!

Lovely apartment and garden, amazing views. Exactly what we expected. The snack package on arrival was a nice touch after a long journey. Not an average airbnb! We will be back!

Has to be seen to be believed. This is truly the most beautiful air B&b. We were originally looking to stay in Bellagio but were so glad we ended up staying here, away from the crowds. Really lovely town with lovely restaurants that we got takeaway to sit on the balcony of the air B&b to enjoy the best view we seen in all of lake como! The apartment is up a very steep hill so would recommend a car. There is free parking on the road outside apartment. Or slightly down the hill if there’s no space. It’s perfect inside with open plan kitchen diner with windows all around letting you enjoy the view. The stairs are very narrow and steep but we just left our bags downstairs and it wasn’t an issue. Highly recommend this air B&b!

A magically beautiful place in the Centovalli. The Rustico is furnished with great attention to detail and welcomes you with the charm of an old Ticino farmhouse from 1791. Communication with Stefano worked very well. Thank you for this wonderful week.

Christian's accommodation is a great place to explore the area. It is very clean and has everything you need. There are two outdoor areas for sitting, which is really great. Thanks to the key box, check-in is super flexible and easy, which was important to us. The accommodation is a 2-minute walk from the nearest parking and is easy to reach. We felt very comfortable!

Sandra is a very friendly and helpful landlady. The apartment is decorated with a lot of love and my husband, I and our dog felt completely comfortable. The view from the terrace and sofa is unique and the kitchen has everything you could want. A dream apartment. Another plus is that the restaurants, villages and Locarno are also within walking distance. Thank you Sandra, to another time

We had a great holiday in Marco's apartment. Patrizia and her dog Lilli are on site and super nice. No matter what, she always helps and gives tips for the area. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.

Amazing house! Peaceful and perfect place to retreat and take a break from a long vacation. Very clean and feels like an hotel, host was very welcoming and left us some food and water when we arrived. Would not recommend if you don't plan to get a car or have a car to go up to the house, unless you are very motivated to go up steep stairs for 20 minutes. Ferry easily accessible as soon as you get down, some good restaurants next to it.

Casa Longhi is a beautiful place located right in the centre of this historic village and close to the lake. The casa is historic (built in 1456 - note; the plumbing has been upgraded since! 🤣). It retains its old world charm and ambiance. It is has a very comfy bed and everything was spotlessly clean. The washing machine is a bonus. Nicolo is a fabulous friendly host. Highly recommended - Grazie.!!

Marco's house is very nice, comfortable, it was impeccable. Very comfortable mattresses and impeccably clean and good quality linen. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. The terrace overlooking the river in the middle of a landscape with lots of vegetation conveys calm. Yes, keep in mind that access to the bedroom on the upper floor is by a somewhat narrow spiral staircase. Marco was very helpful and attentive, he was always available. Without a doubt, the house and its host, Marco, are recommended.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was within easy walking distance of the train and ferry stations and the old town center. The view from the patio and living room was lovely. One day was rainy, but the covered parts of the patio and open doors from the living room made for relaxing lake and mountain views, even in the rain. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was handy for cooking a couple dinners, and the washing machine was small but convenient for a couple quick loads. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Apartment - Beautiful Views - Beautiful Town 10/10 We had a great stay at Annamarie's beautiful apartment - the location and views from the balcony are superb and like all the other reviews here, were simply stunning which makes this home such a stand out. Contact with Annamarie was excellent and she was always very responsive to any communication. The apartment was extremely clean & well presented and had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay - we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The location within easy walking distance of the train station was a big PLUS point for us as we arrived from US via plane & multiple trains - note to future foreign guests arriving at the weekend - get your grocery provisions ahead of time as shops & supermarkets are closed all day on Sundays.

We love Michele’s place. It was so near to the main station and Michele gave clear instructions for us to get to the apartment. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We wish we could stay on longer! Michele was also responsive and kind enough to let us check in earlier. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Milan and we will love to come back when we have the chance too!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

This apartment was absolutely amazing. It’s super clean, great location, and has everything you could need. Sabina and Stefan were also the best hosts I could’ve asked for. Very kind, responsive, knowledgeable about the area, and helpful with anything we needed. If you’re hesitating to book, please do it. You won’t regret a thing.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

The views are even better than the photos! It was absolutely beautiful, what a special place to stay. We loved the spa facilities too and the host was really friendly and helpful. Fully recommend!
