The apartment is located in a dominant position on Lake Maggiore and the ancient village of Belgirate, located within a residence of only eight units, one of the few solutions with a swimming pool in the surroundings (shared with a few and open from mid-June until the end of September). A few minutes' walk away you will reach the lake and the town center where you will find all the main services: mini market, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy, tobacco shop. THE VILLAGE - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

So inviting on a hot summer day, the infinity pool is just outside the door and the pleasant sound of water spilling over the edge is soothing and restful. The quiet, luxuriously green countryside is perfect for short walks to the nearby picturesque villages of Livo and Naro and long walks climbing the beautiful mountainous area we live in.

Casa Verbena

"... if they're not crazy, we don't want them...". We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.
