Top accommodation and top host! We felt immediately welcome, also thanks to the small attentions when entering! Very friendly host

We stayed at Chiara's for three days with our dog and I have to say that we had a really good time. The place is quiet and relaxing with the greenery around where you can take pleasant walks. The cleanliness and order of the house was very much appreciated.

Had 4 fantastic nights at Andrea’s place, what a view! He was helpful in so many ways - lots of great local recommendations, the place was immaculate and the hot tub was lovely! We would definitely want to come and stay again at some point! Highly recommend!

The place was lovely and 100% matched the photos on the listing. Surroundings is quiet and borders directly on a forest, where you can walk. The house is clean, well-maintained and includes everything needed. The landlord is helpful, responds quickly to messages and gives tips for the region. It's worth staying at the K10House!

Staying at Beatrice’s place was an absolute dream! The beds were unbelievably cozy – like sleeping on clouds. Everything was perfectly clean, charming, and thoughtfully prepared. Beatrice is the kindest, most caring host you could wish for. I can’t recommend her and her lovely home enough – 10/10! 💛

Excellent accommodation in a very quiet village but really close to many tourist attractions. The apartment is modern, spacious and comfortable, and Franco is very responsive and dynamic. We had a particularly successful week in Montrigiasco, with in addition... generous sun and beautiful fall colors!!!

Staying at Michela’s place was something I had never experienced quite like this before. Michela is incredibly kind and thoughtful – both the booking process and the stay itself were accompanied in such a positive and lovely way. When we arrived, there was food waiting for us due to it being a public holiday. She even provided a bottle of wine as a gift. Michela explained everything thoroughly and gave us all the instructions we needed to enjoy an uncomplicated stay. She communicates very quickly and always has an answer. She provides taxis and offered 24/7 support in case anything came up. The house is not done justice by the pictures. The Italian charm, the view, the architecture – it’s absolutely breathtaking and unlike anything I’ve seen before. We even suggested updating the pictures, as people might otherwise miss out on this incredibly rare find. What a lovely property! Ideal for a solo, couples, or family getaway. The two-level home is roomy, well laid out, spacious, and has just about everything you need to enjoy your vacation indoors or outdoors. The bedrooms are spacious, and the mattresses have to be the best I've ever experienced in an Airbnb. There is plenty of closet space, and the bathrooms/showers are also lovely. The kitchen is well stocked, though the only thing we were missing was paper towels (and a bigger trash can lol). The outdoor space is phenomenal, and where we had most of our meals, and I got some work done. Wi-fi works very well. The garden and hot tub are lovely, especially for this area. However, we did notice an outdoor security camera pointed at the hot tub and entrance, which was NOT disclosed in the listing. Likewise, this property is inside a cluster of other homes, so you will encounter other people, just FYI. The garage is a 3-minute walk away, and super practical. Will definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Majid’s house. It is just as beautiful as in the photos. Very clean and modern. All amenities provided. Easy to find thanks to instructions provided by Andrea (cohost). She was available 24/7 throughout our stay and was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend hiring a car as the house is 10-15 minutes drive from the main town (Varenna). Once you arrive, the views are absolutely stunning. Both of the main bedrooms have a balcony. Waking up to the view was really something special. Thank you Majid for providing such an incredible place for us to stay.

Angela's place was very clean and modern with a beautiful view. Angela was very responsive, particularly around local travel tips. The location was a bit of a walk to town (not unanticipated), Angela showed us a short cut and also provided a number of Taxi contacts, who were very responsive.

What an amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful and the place exceeded all expectations. It was even nicer than the pictures, with a huge garden, a great pool and a lovely jacuzzi. When we checked in, it was stocked with sodas, water, snacks and spreads. The place was spacious and perfect to relax. We could easily stay another week and will definitely be back. What a gem! The hosts also picked us up when we couldn't get a taxi. All in all a perfect stay.

Lovely house in a great location. There were 8 of us staying for a week and it suited our needs really well. Nice, quiet area but only 10 minutes walk into the town, and to the ferry port. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was absolutely clean, with a fantastically manicured garden and stunning views. The hot tub was clearly the highlight – always pleasantly warm and in the afternoon wonderfully located in the shade of the trees – perfect for relaxing! The surroundings are wonderfully quiet, ideal for unwinding. We didn't miss anything in the kitchen – all the utensils were abundant. The TV is large, the internet connection stable and fast enough for streaming without any problems. The host was super friendly and was incredibly responsive to messages. We felt completely comfortable and would very much like to come back at any time!

The kitchen was fully equipped, which was greatly appreciated by those of us culinarily gifted. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning, and waking up to that every morning was a dream. Sebastiano was a fantastic host. Always welcoming, responsive, and full of great local recommendations that made our trip even more special. We had a magical stay at Patrizia and Gigi’s. Thanks to them we lived a very special experience in an absolute breathtaking location. The house is extremely clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. All the amenities and outdoor spaces are really nice. The hosts were very friendly, proactive and accommodating, yet we still enjoyed a lot of privacy and quiet.

Very nice host and super great cottage! The surroundings are beautiful and the place is very privately located which we liked very much. Many things such as towels, spices, wood, etc. are provided and you get great tips for things to do in the area. However, you need a car to get to the accommodation because it is difficult to get to the accommodation on foot and by public transport, but that was no problem. We have been very satisfied with everything and will definitely be back!

We had a brilliant stay at Carlo’s place! The setting is spectacular and exactly as described! Only heads up if that it’s a little difficult to find and wouldn’t recommend without a car but it’s well worth the journey! Place was spotless and we really enjoyed our trip to Lake Como- will definitely be back!

Host available and flexible on arrival time. Very warm and friendly welcome. Breathtaking view and very nice heated pool. Warm place that has everything you need and more... Clean and very comfortable bedding. Thanks to Rodolpho for the little touches (breakfast, snacks and aperitif...). Unique location! We left the car a 5min walk and Rodolpho drove us to the house (very narrow path). Unique experience perfect for getting away from the world! We'll be happy to come back and this time with the sun!

Eleonora’s apartement is very comfortable with a beautiful view for the lake. She’s very kind and helpful during all our stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ca Pedrot! The cabin is super cozy, we loved the sauna, and the views are fantastic. We loved the little touches like nice bed linens and towels and luxury soaps. There's an extensive range of pots/pans, cooking utensils, etc. The cabin has plenty of privacy. It's also is on a nice snowshoe path, for winter visits. We were particularly impressed by Andy, the host, who was super communicative, got the fire going in the wood stove for us because we were arriving in the evening, gave us pointers for using the cable car and finding the cabin in the dark. True hospitality! Can't wait to go back.

Exceptional host, exceptional place! We loved our stay in Wild Field Lodge and, as hosts ourselves, greatly appreciated the thoughtful amenities available throughout the property. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids under 5, and so it’s tricky to find accommodations that are actually relaxing, let alone loaded with toys and kid entertainment. This place is serene, fun, well equipped, and beautiful. The host’s communication and generosity were outstanding. You can feel the love invested in this property, and that makes for a very special life experience. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the place. The nice thing was: Our dogs were also very welcome. The rooms were just sufficient from the square, but the garden is huge and the private swimming pool leaves nothing to be desired. The large outdoor kitchen is perfect for grilling, cooking and getting together. We would recommend the place right away and are already considering when we will go again:)
