Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lake İznik

Sena hanım çok kibar ve ilgili bir ev sahibiydi, her zaman sorularımıza hızlı ve nazik şekilde dönüş yaptı. Giriş ve karşılama ve çıkış dahil tüm süreç boyunca çok keyif aldık. Evdeki olanaklar ilanda anlatıldığı gibiydi. Havuzun ısıtmalı olması başta ihtiyac duymayacağımız bir detay gibiyken konaklama esnasında bize ekstra konfor ve keyif sundu. Evin bahçe tasarımı ve ışıklandırması harika. Tekrar ziyaret etmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Sakinlik içinde bir tatil geçirdik. Evleri çok güzel hazırlamışlar ve mahremiyete aşırı saygı vardı. Kesinlikle yeniden gidilecek bir yer.

Hersey cok güzeldi, Atakan bey ulasilabilir, kibar ve yardimci bir insan. Evin kendisi güzel, bahcesi de harika. ihlamurlar altinda oturmak cok güzeldi.

Eşimle 1 gece kaldık, Fatih bey her konuda yardımcı oldu bize, her yer temiz ve düzenliydi, havuzun sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi sabah kahvaltısı iki kişi için oldukça yeterliydi, bu tarz yerlerde genelde hijyenle alakalı sorunlar yaşanır ama her yer pırıl pırıldı hamile olduğumdan fazla dikkatliydik belki de, akşam yemeği için arabayla 2 dakikalık mesafede dükkanlar var, biz et alıp bahçede mangal yapmayı tercih ettik Fatih beyin tavsiyesi üzerine iyiki de öyle yapmışız çok keyifli vakit geçirdik ev sahibi sabah zil ile uyandırıp kahvaltıyı getirdi daha önce kaldığımız bungalovda direkt bahçeye girmişlerdi burada mahremiyetinize saygıları var, her şey fotoğraflardaki gibiydi ve sorunsuz çalışıyordu klima,odun şöminesi,mangal,duş,sıcak su,projeksiyon ,her şey harikaydı kısacası biz çok memnun kaldık fiyat olarak da diğer kıyaslara nazaran daha uygundu yine tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu , tek önerim giderken terlik götürmeniz, daha rahat edersiniz. We had such a great time staying at this villa! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view was incredible. But honestly, what made the experience even better was our host, Fatih. He was so friendly and welcoming from the start, and always made sure we were comfortable. Anytime we had a question or needed help, he was just a message away and happy to assist. You can really tell he cares about his guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here—huge thanks to Fatih for being such a great host!

If you plan to visit the historic sites in Istanbul, Giorgio’s place should be first on your list of places to look at. Located within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Palace, the Grand Bazaar and more, Giorgio’s apartment was an ideal spot for what we wanted to see in Istanbul. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms spacious and the hosts were super responsive. Communication was quick and helpful. The airport transfers for three day stays and longer made check in a breeze. And Giorgio arranged for return transfers to the airport (for a fee). This made checking out a breeze. There is a fantastic restaurant 10 meters from the front door (Begonville Cafe) where the workers treat you like family. Overall, our visit to Istanbul was stress free in part due to Giorgio’s apartment. We had a great experience and would recommend anyone to stay at Giorgio’s place.

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

Absolutely loved this place. It is on the 5th floor with no elevator, so if you are not for climbing stairs, this isn't your place. The staff did tote the luggage up and down. I personally wanted the exercise, and the view was worth it. I don't know that Istanbul offers a better view. Beware of the Galataport drop off. A LOT of stairs to get home even though it says .2-.3 mile walk. Every bit is stairs from the water. I would stay here again if visiting Istanbul

Uygar was a fantastic host, very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in the center of a cultural area of Istanbul, close to a market and excellent dining options. Within the area, you can move around without a car. If you drive, there's a reasonably priced parking lot two minutes' walk from the building; you can pay up to c. $15 for 24-hour parking. If you don't have a lot of or heavy luggage, this duplex two-bedroom flat on the third level is ideal. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would stay there once more. Many thanks, Uygar

The room is spacious - we had a small living room with a couch and a kitchenette. The room was clean with all necessary items we need for our stay. However, there was a shower leaking causing the water pressure not strong enough. There was 24/7 receptionist ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very welcoming - they offered free tea or coffee and cookies upon our arrival. They also recommended a few locations in Istanbul for us to visit. We arrived the hotel by public transit. The road from the nearest tram station to the hotel is a bit incline and bumpy with a few staircases (very typical Istanbul road structure). If you carry suitcases, consider taking a taxi or a private car.

Çınar’s place is the Galata area, very convenient for visiting Istanbul. We loved the location. When we arrived, we ran into the host at the entrance and he ended up checking us in personally. He was very friendly and welcoming. The place is like the photos and large for 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the roof top terrace is excellent. While it is near the Galata tower, it is quite quiet, while there are a lot of restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. I think it is a very good place to stay when visiting Istanbul, highly recommended. Be prepared to walk uphill and walk up the stairs. There can be a lot in the area and the apartment is on the top floors too. However, it is worth it.

We had a great stay at Volkan's place! Perfect location - a couple of minutes from Sishane metro and Galata Tower and easy to get around the whole city. It had everything we needed and was super spacious with a great shower and AC. Volkan was super friendly and allowed us to check in early, leave late and keep our bags in the apartment - he even gifted us some gorgeous socks!

Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar’da geçirdiğimiz zaman oldukça güzeldi. Huzurlu bir ortamda dinlenmek isteyenler için ideal bir yer. Popüler yerlere ulaşım çok kolaydı. Villanın temizliği ve düzeni mükemmeldi; her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. Sıcak havuz, özellikle serin akşamlarda keyifli vakit geçirmenizi sağlar. Ateş çukuru da eğlenceli sohbet zamanı geçirmemizi sağladı. Ev sahibi Nursel Hanım, misafirperverliği ve ilgisiyle konaklamamızı daha da özel kıldı. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Sapanca’da sakin ve konforlu bir tatil arayan herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğiz!

Doğayla iç içe, huzur dolu harika bir evde konaklama fırsatı bulduk. Her şey fotoğraflardaki gibi, hatta daha da güzeldi. Sessizlik, temizlik ve konfor tam anlamıyla beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi. Ev sahibi Celil bey de son derece kibar, anlayışlı ve yardımcıydı. Tüm süreci kolaylaştırmak için elinden geleni yaptı ve bize çok güzel bir deneyim yaşattı. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle! 🌿✨

Güzel manzaralı, oldukça sakin ve keyifli bir yer. 4 kişilik arkadaş grubumuzla konakladık. Manzara ve yağmur eşliğinde mangal yaptık. Evin genel temizlik durumu iyiydi. Bahçesi güzeldi. Evin içi de oldukça zevkli bir şekilde tasarlanmış. Gülşan Abla her konuda yardımcı oldu, ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şeyi iletti. Kendisine buradan da çok teşekkür ederiz. Etrafta yürüme mesafesinde pek bir yer yok. O yüzden alışverişi yapıp gelmekte fayda var.

Mustafa Serkan bey sağ olsun çok yardımcı oldu. Evi çok büyük ve aşırı güzel bir manzaraya bakıyor. Evde özellikle mutfak kısmında ihtiyaç olabilecek her şey düşünülmüştü. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz

The villa is absolutely charming, and in a great location in the countryside. Privacy is reasonably good, but if the farmers are out in the field they can see into the pool and garden. The pool is very nice, and the garden faces south so the sun is on the pool all day. The hosts are always responsive and super helpful, and the house was spotlessly clean. A really great experience all round.
