Holiday rentals with lake access in Lake İznik

It is our second time staying at her place and this time, we even enjoyed the use of the fireplace! There were also clean towels and even linens for my kids who preferred to sleep on the convertible couches. The kitchen is also fully functional and has enough materials to use for cooking. We were also able to do barbecue for a couple of our meals.

Thank you Mr. Kerem for making us feel at home, he answered all our questions quickly. We were very satisfied with our stay, we will definitely consider this place again

Nice place and very comfortable to bring your family

We received patient and quick answers to every question. The pool water was tremendously hot. Ideal for a pleasant short holiday. The hot bread and eggs thing in the morning was crucial:) thank you

We were greeted with a smiling face by hosts. We had a henna night and a stag party for our 6 teacher friends. It was an environment we enjoyed a lot. Very clean. Kitchen utensils were enough. Beds and linens were clean. The items were a quality. The temperature of the house and most importantly the temperature of the pool was very good. The pool was cozy even later in the night. It's a place to go from there.

The house is as it appears in the photos, everything was thought out and the location was good. Ms. Çiğdem was interested. It was a pleasant stay that could be preferred again.

Really enjoyed our stay!!! Erfan is very good at communication and made sure our stay was as good as possible. Very easy walk to taksim sqr, very good food options right down the street. Will definitely come back

The apartment was suitable for gathering of families instead of being separated in hotel rooms. It's located at the top of a 4-storey building. A short flight of stairs led to the elevator. Free parking at the compound. Everyone had their own beds, saloon/living room was big and nice for family gatherings and meals. We had a lovely barbeque at the balcony which oversees greenery. Groceries were easily available from local supermarkets. Mr Ahmet welcomed us upon arrival and also at departure. He was quick in response. Overall a comfortable stay in an unassuming apartment.

It was amazing. The room was tidy and clean, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is lively during the day, but quiet and safe at night. Bulut, the host was very nice, friendly and helpful. He answered really fast, gave us tips, when we were on the terrace, he always gave us food and drinks, and when an earthquake happened, he took care of us and made sure we were okay. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, both the room and Bulut (and his parents) are amazing, we highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic place to stay in Istambul! it's close to everything (restaurant,shop, public communication,fresh juice shop:)..about host I will only tell that during my travels I wish myself to have at least half good host as Can is. I will recommend this place to everyone. I don't even tell that house is clean, wifi is strong and house have all equipment.

Sinan and his father Mahmoud are very good responsive people. They helped us with early check-in since our plane arrived early in the morning. Makhmud personally met us clarified everything. The apartment is bright, clean, spacious just as in the photo even better. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail. We were very comfortable with 2 children. Mahmoud Abi quickly answered all questions. The location of the apartment is excellent close to all attractions. We had a great time. Thank you to the hosts We are very pleased .

I liked this apartment last year so I stayed again for two months. Spacious, nicely decorated top floor flat with access to the roof terrace. Very quite building in the best location in Balat. Easy, short walk to buses and the ferry station. Everything works in the apartment and the marble Turkish bath is luxurious. I especially like the neighborhood because in the immediate area, near the apartment, normal, local people reside. You can experience Turkish culture instead of being in a tourist area. A few blocks away are restaurant, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment, the neighborhood and the host. All are superb!

Apartment is exactly as described in Airbnb. Everything is very clean. And confortable. Balat is very picturesque district. Unbelievable. Me and my friends felt very safe. Near the house is sinagoga, 24 hours every day you may see police car close to it. You may eat, drink, or buy everything in a small markets very close to apartment. Tram and bus station is also very close...few minutes (5-10) Only one thing confusing me and my friends...when you get address you wouldn't see word "Balat", you will see Ayvansaray. If you used tram you have to go in/out in Balat! Not Ayvansaray. If you you use taxi i could recommend Balat Beauty Boutige house very close to apartment. They officially arranged transfer to airport. If i go again i will choose this apartment. Host is very kind and attentive to his guests.

quiet, peaceful

A place where you can be in touch with nature. The house had everything from a dishwasher to air conditioning. The view from Orhangazi- Iznik road to the house is also great. Iznik and Orhangazi districts are also quite close. For those who do not have private vehicles, public transportation vehicles are very close to the location of the house. The hot spring will be opened soon, and we were a little relaxed in the nearby little hot spring. I look forward to coming back.

A place where you can spend a pleasant and peaceful holiday in your own space, alone with nature. We had an experience that we definitely imagined. Thank you to Ms. Ayşe and her esteemed wife. Hope to meet again as soon as possible..

Mr. Haluk was very interested, available at any time, and thought of every detail and prepared it in advance. There was nothing missing from the house. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. After the stove burns, the house gets very hot, it helps completely with these issues, so we did not have any cold problems. It's very quiet around and there were roads for hiking as well. You can sit in the garden and spend time by the fire, or you can enjoy and chat with the view upstairs. There is no grocery store nearby, you have to go by car so it needs to be prepared. The phone doesn't work much, but we don't mind, we come here to get away from them. I recommend it to everyone, have a nice one in advance. Footnote: get back out of the parking lot:)
