Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lake İznik

We spent a very nice and peaceful weekend with my friends at Villa Yanık. The villa is quite spacious and spacious. The garden is just as beautiful. It is a very nice place for those who want to have a comfortable holiday in Sapanca. I would like to thank Ms. Zeynep and the employees.

It is a very pleasant villa that offers all the facilities. Everything is thought out, 3-4 families can have a pleasant time.

I had a great stay experience! The house was extremely clean and tidy, I felt very comfortable. The host was very communicative and helpful with everything. Overall it was a stay that far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

The space is over three floors. Kitchen had all the essentials and more. Middle floor had a nice living room and dining area. Great water pressure in the bathrooms! We, a family of 6 and a baby, really enjoyed the place!

it was a place that deserved the money I paid to the end. Mr. Furkan was very interested. There is nothing to say about the house, I had such a pleasant holiday after a long time, I will go again at the first opportunity. Note: Take a bathrobe with you for the pool, it will be more enjoyable

Our stay was great! The house was very clean, comfortable and just as it appeared in the photos. The location was also quite advantageous, we were able to reach everywhere easily. The host, Ms. Deniz, and Ms. Hamiyet, who took care of us, were very caring and hospitable. Thank you so much for everything, I would definitely like to come back.

It was great staying in the house for a weekend. Aslı was super quick in replying to any questions and was very flexible on arranging the checkin and checkout. The AC heats the house very well also when it is a bit colder outside. It’s super cosy

Great apartment. Great host. Most importantly, best view in all of Istanbul. It’s actually BETTER than the photos. Find a bottle of local wine, enjoy on the balcony at sunset… your trip will be unforgettable.

The apartment was suitable for gathering of families instead of being separated in hotel rooms. It's located at the top of a 4-storey building. A short flight of stairs led to the elevator. Free parking at the compound. Everyone had their own beds, saloon/living room was big and nice for family gatherings and meals. We had a lovely barbeque at the balcony which oversees greenery. Groceries were easily available from local supermarkets. Mr Ahmet welcomed us upon arrival and also at departure. He was quick in response. Overall a comfortable stay in an unassuming apartment.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Istanbul! The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view—it was truly mesmerizing, both during the day and at night. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable home away from home. I appreciate Yunus hospitality and help!

The house was the same as in the photos, we never had a mistake, the house was very clean and warm, if we go again, we will choose it again:) It has a little slope, but Ms. Cemre recommended it to us in beautiful places and had a great fish:)

Ali is honestly a super host, great communication and always at disposal. We arrived late around 23h and we had no issues getting the keys so we are very grateful. The house was very lovely and cozy equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, we stayed for around 14 nights and we had no issues at all. The washing machine dishwasher hairdryer TV heating Aircon WiFi everything works perfectly. It was also very clean except for the bedsheets they had a lot of hair we just had to wash them again and we found some clothes in the closet and washing machine. The area is also great and quiet with everything nearby shops stores supermarket etc. Here are a few things that would have made it even better: - A shower door to close the shower so you don't find a water puddle outside each time you shower - The missing curtain in the kitchen - We indicated three guests but we only found two sets of towels and we have been informed they would be provided. We would recommend it!

Hassan was a gracious and prompt host. Made the stay perfect. When the earthquake happened he was immediately checking in on us. That really made it feel okay.

If you're looking for a quiet, safe area to stay in the Galataport area, this is it. A quaint split level apartment in a great new little building provides pretty much everything you need. Just a few steps to the market for small items or a 7 min walk to Carrefour for groceries, close to shopping, restaurants, and the tramway, this place pretty much is what you should be looking for. Very responsive renters, comfortable living space... as someone that frequently stays in Istanbul, this is the place to be.

We stayed at Villa Holiday in Sapanca for 1 night. Our host, Ms. Nursel, was very caring and kind. The villa was extremely clean and we had a very pleasant time with the children. It was a peaceful stay experience in touch with nature. We recommend it!

Thank you very much Mr. Eşref, it was a very nice holiday for us. She answered our calls right away and was very helpful. When we got home, it was just great. We had everything we needed. Great privacy area, their bed was very comfortable. The house temperature was very good thanks to the underfloor heating system. The pool was bigger than other spaces and the heating works very nicely. Although we went in the cold weather, we entered very comfortably. I recommend it to everyone and we will go again as a family, I hope..

There was a perfect atmosphere with the chance to meet the snowfall. It's an environment where you can feel at home with all the amenities provided. The view of the house was very nice with all the details. It was especially enjoyable to spend the entire evening with the fireplace. The host's interest and relevance was complete.
