The Nineteenth is spacious, modern, inviting and exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Featuring two large king sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and an expansive open plan living and kitchen area, The Nineteenth has been fitted out with all the necessary luxury items to make it your home away from home. All rooms open out on to an expansive deck and have views overlooking vineyards, farmland and a golf course. A courtyard with BBQ is located adjacent to the kitchen and living area.

This is Karma Waters Picton, A travellers haven very peaceful and walking distance to everything Picton has to offer. Your own private entrance leads guests into the bed and breakfast . Bedding configuration main private bedroom with a queen bed, and the lounge area has a leather fold out couch. Guests can relax on the outdoor furniture, and enjoy your own private patio with views. Off street parking right beside your accommodation. No cleaning fee, and Breakfast is included .

Our place is a self contained studio unit situated on a vineyard only 6 km from Blenheim. It has great views over the vineyard and is quiet and secluded despite being close to all amenities and the outstanding range of vineyards that Marlborough has to offer. Feel free to stroll our vineyard and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of it's rural location. Please note: due to being a working vineyard our property is not suitable or safe, for infants or children.
