It had a very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The boat dock area was very nice, peaceful and relaxing for family time. The large float was much enjoyed by the children. It was an ideal lake home well equipped with soaps, shampoo, etc., plus nice sheets, towels, pillows and blankets.

Enjoyed the stay with my kids. We were there mostly to rest between outings and at night while visiting family during the day. I found everything that I needed while there. Kids were also comfortable just hanging out.

Everything was exactly how it was described and pictured. Check in was super easy and they were very responsive when you had a question. My family had a blast and will return again.

The location is peaceful and private, yet still close enough to Marble Falls or Kingsland to do something away from the cabin. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. Every detail was well thought out.

Enjoyed a peaceful and quiet stay here. The interior is very nicely decorated with a big beautiful bedroom. The outside space is large and relaxing with deer walking around. Recommended if you want to detach for a few days.

Loved this property. Gourmet kitchen with plenty of utensils and dishes/cookware. Pool and hot tub area were amazing. Inside was updated and open. Plenty of hot water and water pressure was excellent. Beds were very comfortable with luxury linens. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here 2x now as we visit family in the area after years of military life and moving, and each time has been exceptional! Clean home, peaceful area, pets welcome, well stocked kitchen and the location is close to my family. It’s also close to the lake and mountain biking if that’s what you’re in town for. The home is spacious for our big family (we bring an air mattress to help with sleeping arrangements) and the kitchen is so well stocked that we could easily cook all of our meals at the house w/o shopping for extra supplies. The only thing to note is outdoor lighting at night near parking and in the front of the home. Many of the lights are solar and seem to be burnt out. But it’s not a big deal. I would highly recommend staying here! We will be returning often!! The host is also very accommodating and proactive. She is quick to respond to messages and has always been friendly and helpful.

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

Such an amazing, cozy mini vacation—truly felt right at home! Mornings with coffee on the balcony were the perfect start to the day. The thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, especially the fan in the bedroom, made the stay extra comfortable. It was so quiet and peaceful, and watching the deer wander by was a real treat!

I have high rating because although I had trouble finding and getting in, maybe others wouldn't so much. I think extra instructions on how to find the unit now quickly could help. I really wanted to Take a bath and most maybe wouldn't notice, everything looked clean... She offered so kindly to have to cleaned for me. she was very flexible and kind about letting me check out later. This townhouse was located in a quiet neighborhood which was great for taking walks & seeing wildlife. The newly remodeled unit has a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen that was well equipped. The first floor is accessible with a master bedroom having a walk-in closet & beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs there are additional bedrooms & full bath so this is a great space for a family get away. The beds were very comfortable & each bedroom has a TV. Good variety of restaurants in the area, some where you can watch the sunset on Lake LBJ but recommend making reservations. If you rather just relax there is small patio in the back with a nice BBQ grill. We were in the area visiting family for 10 days & appreciate having a wonderful place to stay that felt like home. Eugene is an outstanding host & very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Escape to the Hollows was the perfect place for a “staycation”. It was one of the best vacation rentals I’ve done. John was super responsive and friendly. When you stay there you want for nothing. You don’t need to bring anything other than your clothes and personal necessities. I’m already thinking of coming back to the Austin area for thanksgiving and Escape will be at the top of my list!

I really loved our stay. It was perfect for our my husband and I, toddler and 2 dogs. They had a pack and play, which we didn’t expect, and the location is pet friendly. There was a dog patch area a few steps away from our room. The main bedroom mattress is a bit uncomfortable, but it was okay for a short stay. The place was very clean, and stocked with the basics.

We had a wonderful time at Erin’s place! It was exactly as described, spacious, and the surroundings are beautiful. Erin is a great host - we were particularly impressed with how well maintained and comfortable the house is. It’s also very close to the lake and the marina. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! It was a cute condo with more than enough space for our group. Kitchen was stocked with everything one would need to cook dinner which we appreciated! Bathrooms and linens were clean! We spent time at the pool and the lake and enjoyed both! Drove into Marble Falls, which is very close and shopped on Main Street. We will definitely be back and plan to rent a boat or jet ski on our next trip out there!

Great hosts and place!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him!
