My Lady and I celebrated our three year anniversary here for a week. Maya was a great host. Everything was listed as it was. The entrance also had some updates and she let us know. The view is very breathtaking and the house was very cleanly and welcoming for us. There are instructions on how to use most utilities in the house. (the stove was very nice and required some figuring out haha) The master bedroom has a TV that comes down from the ceiling using a remote. The area is very quiet. The patio has a grill and some tables to eat outside if you wish. Maya will let you know if any lawn care contractors will be coming to help clear brush, so critters don't make homes where you walk around. Overall this is a great place to stay. Not only for the amazing view and home, but you'll also be having a host that will make sure you're taken care of and will answer you promptly. 10/10. We would stay here again. Thank you again Maya

The house was cozy and quiet. The screened in porch was great to watch the storm come in while we were there. The lake was down but if you don’t mind I short walk then it won’t matter. The house had everything we needed to cook and clean. The house is very close to the longhorn caverns and spider mountain bike/hike trails. Overall we would definitely come back.

Enjoyed the stay with my kids. We were there mostly to rest between outings and at night while visiting family during the day. I found everything that I needed while there. Kids were also comfortable just hanging out.

Peaceful respite - such a delight to relax on the deck or inside with a view of the water. Nearby Inks Lake SP and Longhorn Caverns SP make nice outings, too. The grill was clean and ready making it easy to enjoy the outside while cooking dinner. TIP: get your groceries before you arrive because you won’t want to leave!

This pace was very relaxing and down to earth place. Everything you would need was there very clean very organized home like feeling. Definitely will be coming back to visit again

He really shows interest in their guests having a perfect experiencel We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It is well decorated and well maintained, and it had everything we needed to feel right at home. There are many amenities to entertain your group, and the backyard is such a treat. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful cabin on the lake! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated—everything felt warm and welcoming. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the deck and our evenings enjoying the fire pit under the stars. The location is peaceful and private, yet still close enough to Marble Falls or Kingsland to do something away from the cabin. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. Every detail was well thought out.

Such an amazing, cozy mini vacation—truly felt right at home! Mornings with coffee on the balcony were the perfect start to the day. The thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, especially the fan in the bedroom, made the stay extra comfortable. It was so quiet and peaceful, and watching the deer wander by was a real treat!

I have high rating because although I had trouble finding and getting in, maybe others wouldn't so much. I think extra instructions on how to find the unit now quickly could help. I really wanted to Take a bath and most maybe wouldn't notice, everything looked clean... She offered so kindly to have to cleaned for me. she was very flexible and kind about letting me check out later. This townhouse was located in a quiet neighborhood which was great for taking walks & seeing wildlife. The newly remodeled unit has a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen that was well equipped. The first floor is accessible with a master bedroom having a walk-in closet & beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs there are additional bedrooms & full bath so this is a great space for a family get away. The beds were very comfortable & each bedroom has a TV. Good variety of restaurants in the area, some where you can watch the sunset on Lake LBJ but recommend making reservations. If you rather just relax there is small patio in the back with a nice BBQ grill. We were in the area visiting family for 10 days & appreciate having a wonderful place to stay that felt like home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! It was a cute condo with more than enough space for our group. Kitchen was stocked with everything one would need to cook dinner which we appreciated! Bathrooms and linens were clean! We spent time at the pool and the lake and enjoyed both! Drove into Marble Falls, which is very close and shopped on Main Street. We will definitely be back and plan to rent a boat or jet ski on our next trip out there!

Great hosts and place!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was the best part! The water level was quite low so a few of the water activities were not available. If you’re looking for live music, you can drive about 15 minutes and find a few options. Lucky Rabbit was one we enjoyed. Austin is an hour train ride away from Leander (only $7!). It was a great way to spend one of our days.
