New studio of 30 m² fully equipped facing the vineyards of Sainte Marie de Ré and 300m from the beach for a week of relaxation and serenity as a couple. The bed is a real 140 double bed with a very good mattress and not a sofa bed (photo updated). a terrace with palisade and shade sail for eating or parking bikes has been arranged for comfort and privacy. There is a small vegetable garden where we are likely to pick up some tomatoes this summer.

I offer guests a cottage attached to my primary residence. Access through a gate is shared. The private entrance gives you access to the cottage. The property is in the village of Jard-sur-Mer.
