Situé à 2 km des commerces, à 38 minutes de Saint-Jean-de-Monts et de Nantes, base de canoë-cayak, sentiers pédestres à 2 km, piste et sport mécaniques à 6 km. Small house (32 m2), bright with terrace and private garden. Small fitted kitchen, shower-wc room and bedroom with double bed separated from the living room. There is no possibility of adding a baby bed (baby cot or other) in the bedroom. The house is not wheelchair accessible. The house, located at the bottom of our garden, is at the exit of the port and 5 minutes' walk from all the shops.
