In einem Haus von 1900 wurde diese Wohnung neu renoviert, sowie liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

Our modern apartment has a very central location. In a few minutes you can reach the city center or even shops of daily needs as well as the train station. The apartment has about 90m² of a kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with rain shower and freestanding bathtub. The garden invites you to sunbathe and relax. The fireplace is out of service, but it is nice and warm due to the underfloor heating.

Grandma's apartment in a new guise: The apartment has been extensively renovated and newly furnished. Self-designed furniture meets design classics and selected antiques. Since I rarely use the apartment myself, it is now available as a holiday home and is fully equipped for it. In winter, the spacious living area provides cosiness, while in summer, the covered balcony and the sunny terrace with an outdoor sleeping area invite you to linger.

This apartment can accommodate a family with 1-3 children. There is 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), 1 bunk bed (80 x 200 cm), 1 single bed (80 x 200 cm) incl. Bed linen. The bathroom with a shower , hand - and shower towels are provided. The kitchenette is well equipped with 2-plate ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave with barbecue, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery and glassware. There is free parking at the house. Not for pets.

We welcome you to Villa Rosa! Our Villa Rosa is located at the foot of the Ruppertsklamm directly on the Lahn. We are a house community and there is a lot of life under our roof - 9 people, 3 cats as well as a dog share the grounds. The old mansion was formerly part of the turn-of-the-century factory next door. For a good 10 years, we have been living and working together in the house and look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

The terrace apartment is located on the lower level (9 steps) with unobstructed views of the Rhine, Koblenz and far into the Eifel. The apartment consists of a large combined living room/bedroom, separate kitchen and bathroom with shower and tub. Total of about 58 m².

Parking is available on request right in front of the house. Free also in the side streets.
