Just a short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m² house, classified as a '3⭐️ tourist accommodation', is located in Lauzières (an oyster-farming village on the outskirts of La Rochelle and close to the Île de Ré bridge). It comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.

A nicely decorated and spacious apartment ideally located on the old harbour (right in front of the famous two towers guarding the port". Beautiful quiet house in the city center, modern and authentic, where young and old will find happiness (foosball, trampoline, ping-pong...). This is our family home, where we gather from time to time with family and friends. We designed it as if we lived there full time: quality bedding, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a large garden with terrace where you can choose between lounging on the deckchairs and the activities available.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
