Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Lagoa

This is a beautiful and large vila, well maintained. It does have some wear and tear, but it is gorgeous nonetheless. It mostly had everything we needed. We had a car- not sure if it would be easy to move around for those without.

Just returned from a wonderful family holiday to A Pausa villa. Our family included 7 adults and 6 children under the age of nine. The villa was everything we’d hoped for and more! Incredibly spacious inside and beautifully decorated. We were blown away by the outdoors space. Extensive private gardens and the most wonderful swimming pool which was enjoyed by everyone..but especially the children! They also made good use of the tennis and basketball court. Each morning we collected oranges from the orchard and juiced them for breakfast. There is a beautiful, shady outdoor terrace where we ate our BBQ’s. Finally, a the final word must go to the host David. He is so friendly and was on hand whenever we had a query or question. I would thoroughly recommend this beautiful villa

We were 12 people who came together (ranging from 3- 89 years old), from across the globe and we all had a wonderful stay. It was perfect. The areas (inside and out) were large enough for us to gather together as a group, and the house was spacious enough that people could retreat to their room or area should they want to break away for some alone time. We cooked big dinners, spent hours in the pool, and played games at night. The grounds were private, filled with beautiful bougainvillea, geraniums, and hibiscus plants. There is plenty of sun and shade (outside) and ACs in the bedrooms. I would say the pictures don't do the home justice. The rooms are larger in person. The hosts were readily available to help with finding things in the home or with recommendations for things to do in the area.

Great villa, away from the city and at the same time close to everything, the house is quiet, very spacious and super well equipped (kitchen with everything you need, bathrooms with hot tubs, etc.)! There's a lot to do around, Portimão, lagoa, Lagos for beaches and boat trips. The pool is very nice, without asking the host to heat it, it was between 26 and 28 degrees. The activities planned in the garden are a real plus for moments of conviviality (table tennis, basketball, dart, etc.). The host was very attentive, he responds very quickly and took the time to welcome us for the Check in, show us around the villa, answer our questions as well as share points of interest in the area. Also, when we arrived, the host had planned a welcome gift for us with drinks, cakes, etc! Very happy stay!

Had a great time in Carlos' beautiful house. He was a top host who responds quickly and was always ready to help! We received an extensive collection of useful information about the region and a nice welcome package. The region is beautiful and you can reach the most beautiful beaches in Portugal in no time. The house is child friendly and I would love to come back!

We stayed at the villa with a toddler in September and absolutely loved everything about it- the space, the views, the pool and how peaceful it was. A car is a must as there isn’t much in the village, but once you hire a car it’s a short drive to lots of beautiful beaches in Algarve. Local restaurant Solar Do Farelo serves delicious traditional Portuguese food. Good communication with the host. Highly recommend!

The apartment was perfect for us, great location. We were able to walk everywhere and easily access public transportation. The apartment was clean, bright, and well equipped. The beds comfortable, great washing machine and shower. It was a bonus to have two full bathrooms. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

The accommodation has everything you need for a vacation, it is clean, the bed is comfortable, the environment is very well cared for. There's a supermarket very close by and several restaurants if you don't want to take the car. The beach is tb close by. We had a car and the location is perfect for touring the Algarve, q x Certainly we loved it. I recommend it 100%

Apartment fully equipped and super well located. The host Coralie was impeccable always available to answer any questions. Without a doubt repeating it.

We enjoyed our stay at Reka and Badr’s place! Easy and clear instructions to get to the apartment, they accommodated our requests for an early check in and late check out since no one was staying there before our after us. Very responsive (usually within 5 minutes, we had an issue with the air conditioning because we did not know how to operate it, but he helped us out quickly with this issue) clean and spacious apartment for a family of 4. There was a pool on the floor level of the apartment that we enjoyed. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery stores nearby, also Praia de Peneco was a 5-10 walk. They also welcomed us to their apartment with a bottle of wine and large bottle of water. We would definitely stay again!

We have greatly enjoyed our stay. It is a spacious apartment with plenty of amenities. Quiet area with a lovely tapas restaurant just around the corner. The supermarket is within walking distance with ample opening hours. Communication went smoothly and there was a clear explanation. The pool was lovely and the sun on the terrace in the afternoon was great!

We had such a great stay in Portimão! The place was perfect for a group of girls: spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We especially loved how walkable it was to both the beach and the town center. It made it super easy to explore, grab dinner, or just relax by the water without needing a car. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again!

I had a truly wonderful stay in this beautifully designed and well-equipped apartment. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it a comfortable and inviting space. Michelle and Gordon were incredibly warm and attentive. They live upstairs just above the apartment in the same compound thus they were always available for any questions or needs which made us feel cared for. I appreciated their hospitality throughout my stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-managed retreat. .

The price is very good. It's close to where we want to go, but there are no shops and restaurants around. The environment is very good. There are a lot of people.

Great stay at Wolf's property 🤗 If you are looking for calm and beautiful landscapes, this is the place, between mountain, river, deer and nature! A big thank you to Wolf who was very welcoming, always available and smiling (despite our little adventures🙃). He gave us all the directions about the house and the surroundings to make sure we had a pleasant week. Very understanding, he accepted that we came with our 2 female dogs, to enjoy this haven of peace and freedom. (and they loved the place!). The wooden house was perfectly as described and is really very well-equipped. Everything was perfect, great week, a big thank you for offering this type of vacation 😊 PS: Follow Wolf's directions for check-in to avoid a more complicated route given by Waze 😉

We felt at home, the place is beautiful, we found super original the way it was decorated inside very authentic & peaceful, our two dogs, and one cat could freely move around, which was amazing. we also had a barbecue at our terrace and Silvia was always available and helpful. I don't agree with the previous review that the place is dirty and the path is very difficult, to be able to be far from the noise in the nature of course you have to go through a dirty road but it's super doable, easy and fast. Also is not true that the place was dirty it was super clean and cozy. It's perfect if you want to be away from the noise in the nature, but also close to everything. Thank you very much we will come back!
