A welcoming green oasis on the erge of the city

Resume The studio is located in a rural farmhouse on the outskirts of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base to work or relax, or explore the city, northern provinces and islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum (Germany). The studio is complete, tasteful and luxuriously furnished. In addition to the rental of 2 studios, we have a large green yard with an orchard, small horse stable, chickens and a sweet dog (Friese Stabij). Other: everything is on the ground floor and we have free parking.

Delicious place in the vineyard, enjoyed Jans wine in the sun. Enjoy the middle of Sappemeer. The church is a fantastic place, so beautifully maintained. With a beautiful organ, it's a shame I can't play The proof of how a group of enthusiastic people can preserve such a beautiful place. Jan is a nice host and easily accessible.

The house was exactly as in the description and easy to find. The communication was fast and easy :) Everything is really nearby and the recommendations were great. Also everything was prepared for our small child which really helped us to have a comfortable stay and we could enjoy ourselves. Thanks again for the lovely gift we received for her birthday. ❤️ I’d definitely stay here again.

Ineke is a woman with a heart of gold, I didn't feel uncomfortable at any time. I will definitely come back to Ineke more often!

A super nice stay! Beautiful and clean spaces, and pleasant contact with Gerda. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and the center is within walking distance. For light sleepers, I would only recommend bringing earplugs, because you can hear the street well.
