Stay at Styvesethaugen in Flåmsdalen, Flåm

Stay in the middle of Flåmsdalen in rural idyll, with beautiful mountains and waterfalls. This is the place for those who want to live in nature. There is a rich diversity of species in forests and wildlife. The cabin has both a terrace with dining table and hammock and its own small garden. The small farm is located at 266 m.a.s.l. About 20 minutes drive from Flåm city center. We live in the house next door, so if there should be anything, just get in touch. The downhill to the small farm is steep, but we also have parking up by the road if needed.

Our holiday let, built as a habbedashery in 1898, has a living room (TV, free WiFi, wood burning stove) and equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Two bedrooms and one bathroom (with washing mashine) upstairs. The house has double glazing, accommodates four people and is decorated in Scandinavian style. Located on the old main street (now a pedestrian zone), in our charming wooden town Lærdalsøyri. Food shops, bakery, cafes and services right around the corner. Bed linnen and towels are included.

Velkommen til Tungeteingen Villglamp! Et par minutters gange, over bakkane og den fine broen over elva fra vertenes hus, dukker det opp et magisk sted inne i skogen. Der kan du senke skuldrene, nyte suset fra elven og logge av fra kjas og mas. It has always been Marit’s favourite place and it is growing on Espen as well. The new part of the house where you find your flat was was finished 2018. The outdoor area is still "work in progress" - but lift your eyes and you can see the beauty of the Aurlandsfjord. The flat is well suited for 2-3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 young children.
