Monica provided clear guidance and was very communicative during the stay. Very clean, private, and comfortable stay! I will absolutely look for this listing for future trips to Austin.

Had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Jessa and Blake’s guesthouse. Clean, cozy, cute space, and welcoming. Has everything you’ll need. Even though the address is on a busy road the guesthouse is very quiet. Easy parking on the side streets. Sheets and towels are good quality. The bed is VERY comfortable. Plenty of hangars for clothes. Air conditioning worked great. Water pressure was good. If you come back at night walkways are illuminated and a motion sensor light comes on. The neighborhood is one of Austin’s originals so if you like houses with character this is the spot. Grocery stores and places to eat within a ten minute drive. Would absolutely come back and stay at the guest house!

Loved it, just the right space, very well thought out, in a nice neighborhood. Bed and pillows were comfy and it was very quiet and dark at night, great sleep!

What an absolute gem of a place! I loved the artsy decor, and the little touches that made the place extra fun. Chair swing! Gorgeous tiled shower. And the lake/boardwalk just a 10 minute walk away made it perfect. I loved my stay and would return in a second!

I stayed for 2 months and the apartment was just perfect for what I needed. It is not an apartment to go work in, it is a home to come back to rest and warm your heart after walking, biking, playing volleyball and working in the cafes around downtown. You really feel like in a lux tree house. Amy and Nick were always willing to help and answer any questions. The place is silent, a healthy family environment. For an adventurous person, it is perfect🙏🏼🙏🏼.It is spacious and is a little bigger than what I expected from looking at the pictures. I will definitely be back. Also: kitchen perfectly equipped, cozy living room, comfy bed and pillows, and the lighting is so warm too. 🫀🫀.

Great place to stay that's in the center of the city that's tucked into a quiet and cute neighborhood. Very convenient location, friendly hosts, and everything we needed for a weekend away out of town.

We loved staying at Allison and Steven’s guesthouse for a week! The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and in a great location. The guest house was very comfortable, cute, and felt spacious. The backyard was lovely and we felt right at home. Allison and Steven were very friendly and welcoming. We’d love to come back next time we’re in ATX. Definitely recommend!

What a lovely little guest house! Joe's place was perfect for my brief visit to Austin. It was super clean, quiet, and walkable to some of my favorite spots south of downtown. I would absolutely stay here again, if he'd have me!

Rita’s place is close to my Shady Hollow family… very convenient. I’ve stayed there a couple of times and it will always be my first choice for future stays.

I absolutely loved my stay here. It was a perfect location for my first time visiting Austin - so easy to catch a ride downtown. The patio has a gorgeous view of the DT Austin skyline. David was so friendly and helpful. The place is very comfortable and I felt right at home.

I stayed at Esmeralda’s tiny home for 3 nights. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that Esmeralda had thought of everything. The space is beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail—cozy, impeccably clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made me feel both pampered and cared for. She provided so many extras I didn’t expect: plush towels, quality toiletries, snacks, a well-stocked kitchen, and fridge w/creamer and waters, etc. . It felt like staying at a boutique retreat made just for me. Mornings were magical—waking up to the soft sounds of nearby sheep & roosters and sipping coffee with a peaceful view. At night, the quiet was absolute bliss. Esmeralda is also incredibly kind, generous, and communicative. She checked in just enough to make sure I had everything I needed but always gave me space to relax and enjoy. This tiny home radiates love and care. I had an ideal time here and left feeling recharged. I’ll be back!

This was a super cute, clean and convenient little house. We were in town from Michigan for a high school graduation. Due to a delayed flight (and a few airport hiccups), we arrived much later than anticipated. It was dark and we were exhausted, which made check in a bit difficult for us. We had a hard time finding our way to the tiny house. I was very thankful Jenn was still awake and was able to walk us to our door. The dogs, Bruce and Maggie, were such a nice welcoming committee! It felt like we were out in the country, even though we were just minutes from town. Had breakfast at First Watch which was delicious. I would highly recommend staying in Jenn's AirBnb!

We had a great experience with Rachel! She communicated very well and instructions were clear. The bed was super comfortable with cotton/natural fiber bedding (really makes a difference!). We also appreciated the Brita pitcher in the fridge. AC worked well! Very quiet, peaceful and felt very safe. In walking distance to restaurants. Location was just 15 minutes from the airport. Great place to stay for a visit to Austin. Located in a quiet area a quick ride away from downtown. Jennifer was friendly and quick to respond to questions.

We had an excellent time in Austin thanks to our host! The location was so nice and the AirBnB itself was easy to locate. They left instructions on how to use/locate everything so there was never any question as to the space itself. 10/10 would recommend!

My boyfriend and I had a great experience with Kristina’s BNB! Cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was so comfortable, and it smelt like a fresh garden walking in because you’re surrounded by a garden! Instructions to check in and check out were super clear and easy to follow, and the host was very sweet on top of everything! This was our first time in Austin and I’m so glad we had a great first experience. I would totally come back and stay at Kristina’s place again. I highly recommend staying here for a guaranteed relaxing vacation. :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kinan’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as was described - actually, it exceeded our expectations! The home was spotless, private, and unique. The house was stocked with everything we needed - coffee, an iron(!), washer/dryer, and a spectacular view!
