Relaxing room with door opening onto the beach

The guest room is very welcoming, with some small lights, a transparent cloth canopy, mirrors, and a sliding door. Without the lock!! Away from the other rooms, so it remains isolated, connected to the dining room and kitchen and to the door to the garden. A relaxing place with a double bed and a corner sofa, on which a child or a person who is not very tall can sleep. If the window remains closed, the noise from planes will not be heard. There are three very nice and friendly dogs: a lab and two pugs.

A spacious living area is shown, featuring a rustic stone fireplace as a focal point. Exposed wooden beams create a cozy ambiance, while large windows allow natural light to fill the room. A wooden table and elegant storage unit enhance the inviting atmosphere.

Wood Cottage

The Cottage is made of both wood and traditional cement with stucco siding. It is tucked into the wood by the stream at the end of the property. It features a large central room with exposed beams, working wood-burning fireplace, ample living area, galley kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and one bath with a shower. The wooden fence delimits the area for exclusive use. Then there is the garden of over two hectares with the natural swimming pool available to our guests. We have two dogs.

The exterior of the chalet showcases a charming wooden structure with a spacious porch, framed by a landscaped garden. A well-maintained lawn leads to the stone path, while the entrance is accentuated by wooden fencing and decorative plants.

Entire chalet between city, sea and countryside.

In the cosy, independent chalet, surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy the relaxation and tranquillity of a family and serene environment. 15 minutes from the sea, 30 minutes by car from the centre of Rome, 20 minutes from Fiumicino airport. Supermarkets, shops, bars, excellent restaurants and a large equipped park nearby, a few metres away from the sports centre with swimming pool and spa. My family and I live nearby, but the house is totally independent. Check-in is possible after 4 pm.
