De plein pied, la surface est de 40m2. Une grande baie vitrée donne directement sur la terrasse à l'ombre des chênes (mobilier de jardin et parasol). La résidence est clôturée, la piscine ouverte: 15 juin /30 septembre, aire de jeux pour enfants, boulodrome, salle de sport, BBQ, table de ping pong.

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

Le logement, spacieux et agréable, est situé dans un quartier calme, à 500 mètres environ de la place de l’église. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Pistes cyclables à 50 mètres. Plage surveillée du lac d’Hourtin et « île aux enfants » à 5 minutes en voiture. Possibilité de stationner 4 véhicules dans le jardin. WIFI haut débit.

The pool is not heated and usually in use from 1 May until 30 September (for 2024 it will be from 1 May but can, by arrangement be kept open later than 30 September even if chilly). Baby & Pet friendly. All on one level but not suitable for wheelchairs.
