"CHEZ GINOU" The house by the lake

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

Le logement, spacieux et agréable, est situé dans un quartier calme, à 500 mètres environ de la place de l’église. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Pistes cyclables à 50 mètres. Plage surveillée du lac d’Hourtin et « île aux enfants » à 5 minutes en voiture. Possibilité de stationner 4 véhicules dans le jardin. WIFI haut débit.

During the summer a nice bathtub is set up outside and will allow you to cool off or rinse off when you return from the beach!!

We welcome you to a former windmill dating from the 18th century, fully restored and located in the heart of the Médoc. It consists of 2 levels and can accommodate 2 people. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
