Single-story dwelling with a surface area of 40 m². A large picture window opens directly onto the terrace in the shade of the oaks (garden furniture and umbrella). The residence is fenced, the swimming pool is open from June 15 to September 30, and there is a children's playground, a boules court, a gym, a BBQ, and a ping pong table.

Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

It is a cozy little nest ideal for a couple with or without children, composed of a 160 bed and a 2 seater sofa bed. Outside, you'll enjoy two wooden terraces.
