we had a pleasant stay, everything was perfect... the accommodation is in a very quiet area, my girlfriend and I liked it. Discretion of the hosts, but also very responsive to questions. I would come back because it's very close to Gare de Lyon and with the metro it's great. I highly recommend it...👌✌️✌️

My stay, although shortened, was really very good. Mary was welcoming and responsive. The apartment is very good, functional and really very nice. Access to the garden was also very appreciable!! We stayed at here as the location was perfect for the airport, and 30 minutes in to the center of Paris ( short bus ride and metro) The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The area was quiet and the local shop and bakery was only 5 minutes walk.

We were here to attend a conference in Paris. The apartment is an annex of the landlord's house on a large green property. You are very undisturbed, can also sit outside very nicely, as you would hardly expect from an accommodation near Paris. It is also a big difference to the station district of Sucy; this property is really on the edge and is so closed off to the outside that you can't hear any street. About 15 minutes on foot to the train station, from there you can be in the centre of Paris in 25 minutes. Inside the apartment, everything is suitable for two people; for coffee, we brought an espresso pot for the induction stove and did not use the existing machine (I write this because it is always an important topic for me).

Laurent has truly been a great host. A real friendly person who will make sure that you have the most comfortable stay at his property. During my time at his place, the weather was very hot, Laurent’s first thought was to ask if I would like a fan to which a graciously accepted. He and his family are very warm and friendly people and would recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Paris.

Great apartment. It's everything you need. It was very clean. The apartment has a perfect location. I wanted something near Paris but quiet. The metro is easy to reach on foot. It takes 14 minutes to drive to Notre Dame. The one-way trip costs only €2.50.

Apartment is recently remodeled, great taste. Location is in an urban-residential neighborhood so don’t expect any tourist attractions or anything like that, regular people living their regular lives. There is a HUGE mall 6 minutes walking and they have plenty of options for food and shopping. Hosts are really responsive.

The place was like the photos, with very cute decor. We were able to use the metro nearby to get downtown Paris as well. Host was very good at communication and would definitely recommend this place!

Had a fantastic stay with Claude. The place is very clean, relaxed and private. Claude provides everything we needed for our stay as well as detailed directions from the line 8 metro to the apartment. Claude gave us a tour on our first day to show us where everything that we might need was. It was 33° during our stay here but due to the shutter on the door and the bedroom being in the basement it was cool and we were able to sleep well. The place felt very safe when we were walking back to the apartment very late at night. There is a very nice bakery less than a minute from the apartment and a G20 convenience shop with late opening hours a very short walk from the apartment. The place was incredibly clean and looked just the photos. The living area and kitchen is upstairs, the bathroom and bedroom is downstairs. There is a nice porch for a coffee outside in the morning and a locked gate to make you feel very safe. Would absolutely recommend Claude to any guest.

Tenedice was an extremely responsive and kind host. The check-in instructions are VERY detailed — I can’t thank her enough for the clear instructions. Additionally, the apartment is very clean and spacious — it has absolutely everything one could need to have an enjoyable time. I cannot recommend this airbnb enough.

Such the perfect apartment for a stay in Paris! It was well-positioned on the metro/RER and well- stocked with anything we might need. Super clean. Our favorite part was the peaceful balcony which we thoroughly enjoyed each night.

Like last time, everything was perfect!

Very good accommodation, with a really good location whether it is for accessibility by car or public transport. Very responsive, available and accommodating hosts! It's very appreciable. A little hot at night (but we were there on days over 33 degrees and hot nights too) fortunately a fan was available in the accommodation which served us well!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

Samira hosts a great apartment which is near a big shopping centre where you can buy everything. Also, the apartment is close to a good rail link to Paris where you can catch a train directly to the Eiffel Tower, and also is very close to the Palace of Versailles.

Airbnb great, very clean and the hostess very kind and responds quickly. She was at our disposal throughout our stay. I would recommend it 100%
