Une surface habitable de 195 m² permet d’accueillir des grandes familles ou des regroupements d'amis dans de très bonnes conditions. Il se compose d’une partie gîte et une partie loft pour les enfants . Une configuration permettant un lieu convivial pour les parents et un lieu de vie pour les enfants / adolescents. The Cottage des Belhiardes, Lake Annecy

This charming cottage for 4 people is located in a very quiet area close to the lake. Situated in the same grounds as the main house , it has its own garden, with stunning views, but none of the windows overlook each other. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a recently renovated kitchen, Shower room and WC. The lake is 5 mns walking away, the cycling path at the end of our road, and the village of St Jorioz 5 mns on a bike or by car.
