The apartment (57 m2) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We rent to non-smokers only. No pets. Please only mention children in the chat, as we do not want to charge extra for families. UKSH about 15 min walking, CAU about 20 min walking, Opera about 19 min walking, Kunsthochschule 2 min. on foot, train station and ferries about 15 min. on foot, motorway access about 5 min. by car. Minimum stay: 2 nights! Three rooms: A private bedroom, a private kitchen & a private bathroom in a beautiful village about 4 km from the beach. 3 people can also sleep in the room as it would be big enough. The third person would have to sleep on the sofa or on a mattress on the floor (in the same room). From here you can explore the Holstein Baltic Sea very well. To our family I, my wife and our two sons (7 years and 5 years) as well as our female dog belong to our family.
