House holiday rentals in La Veleta

Casa Cangrejo is a beautiful villa in a peaceful neighbourhood within walking distance of many restaurants and a 20 minute drive from the beach. We appreciated the garden and pool, and the plentiful, cold water from the fridge. There’s lot of space to spread out and the villa was clean. We experienced some power and WiFi outages, and the pool wasn’t cleaned as often as we were told. The curtains in the bedrooms need to be improved and added to, so that it doesn’t let in so much light in the morning. Overall, would recommend this villa.

I’ve been to Tulum 4 times, stayed in different airbnb’s and hotels, but this by far has been the best place I’ve stayed. Location is private, no excessive construction noise, and BEAUTIFUL! I will definitely be booking again.

Nothing short of Amazing! We absolutely loved this Airbnb. We each had our own room which was a huge plus. Clean, exactly like the pictures. The host is extremely helpful, communication was A1. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Staying here was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and they were always available to answer our questions.

Exceeded our expectations - casa piedra is beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Gorgeous inside and out. All rooms are large - it was hard to pick a favorite! The kitchen is huge and fully stocked. AC worked like a charm. Over and above concierge service - helped us with recommendations, reservations, groceries, and a million questions. The whole team was super responsive and patient. We are so grateful and can’t wait to come back!

From the moment I booked, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was not only responsive and helpful, but genuinely kind and thoughtful in every interaction. Whether it was offering local recommendations, helping me get settled, or checking in to make sure I had everything I needed, she was always one step ahead. Her attention to detail and willingness to accommodate made all the difference. Honestly, my trip wouldn’t have been the same without her. I absolutely loved the Airbnb and the hosts! I would definitely rebook every time I visit Tulum. The water pressure was a bit low and slightly salty, but I understand that’s expected when staying in a jungle environment. The hosts were super attentive, especially when it came to helping with transportation, reservations, and recommendations. The maintenance team was also amazing—quick, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Paula was incredibly responsive and helpful to us throughout our visit. She helped with planning activities and transportation and also responded very quickly to our queries and concerns. It took us some time to get used to the bedroom ACs shutting off if the doors were left open but that was quickly resolved. Aside from that, the place itself was beautiful and clean. Paula was a fantastic host. The location itself is not bad but you need to drive to the beach area or town.

Sonny was amazing from beginning to end, super friendly and incredibly responsive. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and has 24 hr security… who are super friendly and helpful as well. Loved that we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Sonny had endless recommendations making our girls trip so much smoother. His transportation recommendation saved us everyday, the chef, the marachi band, the masseuse, all beautiful. Our experience was nothing less of amazing. Definitely recommended and would definitely book again.

This home was absolutely beautiful! Extremely clean, well furnished, luxury stay nestled in the jungle. We felt extremely safe with the gated area and the best convenience was having plenty of cafes one minute walking distance away! The main trendy strip is a ten minute drive. Excellent communication throughout, truly an amazing and comfortable stay!

Everything was perfect! The house looks exactly like in the photos. Fast internet, reliable power and lots of amenities provided. We will definitely be back!

Très bonne expérience dans ce logement, hôte très réactif est flexible sur l’arrivée ! Endroit parfait pour reconnecter avec la nature ! Le confort est au rendez-vous Niveau emplacement c’est bien si vous êtes véhiculés ou si les excursions viennent vous chercher directement à l’hôtel. Beaucoup de recommandation de la part de l’hôte

This house is lovely! We had a girls trip here and it was such a great spot for a group. The house layout is great, the pool set up is perfect and it looks exactly like the photos. Truly the best part was all the help from Rebecca. I’ve never had such incredible support and communication from a host before - from helping us book a private chef, poolside cocktail service and shuttles around town, to suggesting a beach clubs and restaurants for dinner. She was amazing!

this place is great. perfect for large families or friend groups. private location but still very close to centro, la velata and beachs. <15mins. some great places to eat are pepes tacos and anywhere on the main street of la velata. also we really enjoyed ziggys beach club & Ahau beach club. the hosts were very responsive and super friendly. would stay here again for sure.

The space is beautiful. Serene atmosphere. Very private, very spacious, light filled, conveniently located. Could not recommend booking Casa Manati more. It's even better than the photos !

La Casa Palmera = coup de cœur ❤️ Vacances en famille au top ! Maison canon, ambiance chill immédiate. Chambres spacieuses, salon baigné de lumière, cuisine au top pour les festins. Buanderie bien pratique. Piscine parfaite pour lézarder — on a même passé une journée entière à kiffer : barbecue, transats, soleil = bonheur 🌞 Lits hyper confort, clim dans toute la maison = nuits au frais garanti ! Commerces et restos à deux pas pour varier les plaisirs. Et mention spéciale à Pepe, le voisin : trop sympa, il loue scooters/quads et s’occupe d’un refuge de chats trop mignons 😻 Mes nièces et moi, on a fondu en voyant les chatons tout juste nés. On reviendra, c’est sûr !

I had an amazing stay at Celine’s place in Tulum! The home is even more spacious than the photos show. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the entire space had a peaceful, calming vibe that made it easy to unwind. Celine also went above and beyond by providing concierge services that made our trip so much smoother. They helped us stock the fridge with groceries before arrival and even organized a private chef experience, which was a highlight of the trip. Celine was a wonderful host! Highly recommend if you're looking for a serene and comfortable getaway in Tulum!

We had a great stay. The property was spacious with lots of enclosed yard space around the pool that was great for our kids, and having the separate guest house was really nice. The location was also great, just one block from great restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach and cenotes as well.

This place was great, bigger than the pictures . We where 9 girls for a Bach trip. We Felt very safe . GREAT location . It's about a 15-20 min walk from the main road with restaurants and shops . Mini grocery store less than a 1 min away. The pool was beautiful. Also Isaac and the crew that helped us with transportion/ activities/ reservations was such a huge help, they booked some stuff for us and we did our own booking for other things depending on prices. they where amazing and responsive, gave us quotes and recommendations. Even got us reservations at restaurants that where fully booked. Would stay here again for sure.

Karla and her husband were amazing. I had a wonderful stay at this place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and prompt. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We had the best time at Casa Lulu! Hands down one of our favorite Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Lisa and Sean were the best hosts from their warm welcome to all the suggestions on where to eat/drink locally. The house has everything you need. Layout is perfect and beautifully designed. Location is ideal for exploring the town and beaches. Will definitely return!
