Holiday rentals with beach access in La Veleta

Host was extremely friendly, responsive, everything was explained well, instructions were clear and easy to understand. There were lots of small details that made the stay easy and relaxing and it felt like home away from home. Definitely recommend this location!

We had a really wonderful stay at this condo in Tulum. The space was clean, modern, and matched the photos perfectly. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, from a functional kitchen to reliable Wi-Fi and strong air conditioning—and a perfectly curated record selection which was such a nice addition. One of the best parts of the experience was how responsive the host was. Any time I had a question or needed help, they replied quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. That level of attentiveness really added peace of mind during my stay. The location was quiet and relaxing, yet still close to great restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. The pool was perfect! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum, and I’d be happy to stay again!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exceptionally clean and the complex was great. The location was good and we were able to conveniently bike around town wherever we wanted to go. Cris was so nice and helpful with organizing amenities for us! We had such a lovely time and would definitely stay again!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nick and Gem's Air bnb! The apartment itself is beautiful and comes with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It definitely gives off "home away from home" vibes. The garden area is gorgeous- having bamboo trees as a divider between the patio and pool is a great touch and adds a level of privacy from the other villas. Nick and Gem are fantastic hosts and great communicators. We really appreciated the handover they left us and took their advice to eat at an amazing restaurant called El Bodegón which is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It's so good we ate there twice ☺️ Overall, we can't wait to come back!

The hosts were incredible – warm, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed, from local recommendations to transportation. Had an amazing stay here! Looked just like the photos, super clean, private and quiet. Check in was so smooth and the stay was so relaxing. We had some confusion with our booking and Roberto and Yajis were so helpful and accommodating. A few more markers on the dirt road leading to the house would have been helpful, but we figured it out okay. I’d highly recommend for anyone looking for a secluded spot that’s close enough to the beach and town.

Sonny was amazing from beginning to end, super friendly and incredibly responsive. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and has 24 hr security… who are super friendly and helpful as well. Loved that we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Sonny had endless recommendations making our girls trip so much smoother. His transportation recommendation saved us everyday, the chef, the marachi band, the masseuse, all beautiful. Our experience was nothing less of amazing. Definitely recommended and would definitely book again.

This place is heaven! I now understand why this place has a perfect review score: it truly lives up to all of the expectations set, and then some. The house is super peaceful and private-with two very helpful and friendly caretakers onsite when needed, but totally out of your way when not. We basically lived in the pool and adjacent palapa and just lounged for 5 days in this small slice of paradise. Don't expect to swim in the ocean (we got lucky and the sargassum subsided 1 afternoon) -- but its not an issue at all. The pool is amazing + there are so many cenotes and swimming spots within a 5-20 minute drive (15 mins from Xelha, highly recommend). The inside is exactly everything a couple needs - it felt like a luxury suite at a 5 star resort. Large comfy bed, nice bathroom, and decent sized kitchen and living room -- all super clean and well stocked. We grocery shopped and cooked a few meals + there are many decent restaurants within a 5-20 min walk or short drive. We will be back!

Staying here while in Tulum you will not regret it. The pictures were exactly like the listing stated. Air conditioning was very cold and the penthouse felt very private while here. The Airbnb provided cold water to drink and even had a washer and dryer to clean your clothes so you won’t have to worry about laundry coming back home. The host was kind and responsive and even gave us recommendations on where to eat and things to do. I must stress that you should get a car rental while in Tulum because the roads leading to the Airbnb and most roads are rocky and unpaved. Mostly all excursions and good restaurants are 15-20 mins away driving which is good. Do not hesitate to book this Airbnb 10/10 experience and forgot to mention the bed sheets were so soft like butter 😅

This house is lovely! We had a girls trip here and it was such a great spot for a group. The house layout is great, the pool set up is perfect and it looks exactly like the photos. Truly the best part was all the help from Rebecca. I’ve never had such incredible support and communication from a host before - from helping us book a private chef, poolside cocktail service and shuttles around town, to suggesting a beach clubs and restaurants for dinner. She was amazing!

Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and prompt. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. I had a fantastic stay at Fernando’s place in Tulum. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I needed for an extended stay and is conveniently located in Veleta, about a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute scooter ride from the main area on Calle 7. It felt very safe and secure, and being just far enough from the main road meant no traffic noise at night while still being close to everything. Fernando was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had. As a remote worker, I really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, desk, and office chairs. I would definitely return!

Great place to stay, in a great area. Only trouble was a power and water outage for a couple of hours but wasn’t that big of a deal and typical for the area. Overall I would stay here again and the free daily cleaning option is awesome! Highly recommend!

Mariana was an amazing host—kind, responsive, and thoughtful beyond expectation! She decorated the flat beautifully for Christmas and even left presents for the kids, which made our stay unforgettable. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped with essentials (including toiletries and kitchen items), and located in a safe building with great amenities. The outdoor area with the pool is fantastic, and the car park felt secure, which was a huge plus. One minor detail is that the living room curtains are see-through, so privacy could be improved since it’s on the ground floor. Also, while the glass doors have temporary security measures, a more permanent fix would be great. All in all, it was a delightful stay. Thank you, Mariana, for going above and beyond—we would happily stay here again!

The stay is absolutely amazing and breath taking! The apartment is very cozy, clean and pretty and the bed is huge! Also the Aflora establishment is very nice. The pool area is pretty and the restaurant serves excellent food by super friendly staff! The communication with Yana, from the Airbnb, was great. She responded very quickly whenever we needed anything. Would highly recommend!!

This apartment is probably the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The place was absolutely spotless and even better than the photos. The host was great, very responsive and shared lots of recommendations nearby. 100% would recommend. I suggest for future guests that like us you hire a car / transport or be prepared to pay for taxis. The apartment is not walkable to the beach area. It could be just about walkable to the main downtown but is on quite a main road. Having a car will give you the flexibility to visit the cenotes and surrounding area!

Carlita is an amazing host. She was always available to help and give us recommendations. The apartment is very nice, it had everything we needed. The apartment complex is fantastic, with pool, bar, gym and spa, including security at all times and with a great location. I would totally recommend this place.
