You could tell a lot of care is put into this place. It is such a gem! Host is very responsive and at your service all the time. We even asked to bring the breakfast we ordered to the rooftop and they did it without a problem. The place itself is paradise!

We had a wonderful stay at Pura Vida! The location was perfect for easily exploring the town and accessing all the delicious tacos. We rented some of the very affordable bikes and went to some cenotes which was perfect, and it's also very easy to get a car down to the beach. The rooftop was also perfect and so relaxing. I'd highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time at Florencia’s. Although it was a private room, we enjoyed all the benefits of a four-star hotel, including being greeted with fresh coconut water and chilled perfumed hand towels. The room is beautiful - clean, elegantly decorated, comfortable bed, air conditioning. It is a short walk from a beautiful pool and from one of the most popular beaches in Tulum, with picture-perfect white sand, azure waves, lounge chairs and beach shelters for guests. There is also a good restaurant with a bar on the property. All in all, it was a luxurious stay that my family thoroughly enjoyed, and we hope to be back again someday!

We loved it, it's one of the best Airbnbs I've been to, it has everything to spend an INCREDIBLE vacation, it has affordable prices and those who work there are very friendly, I would definitely come back. I'm very happy with this place, I wanted to stay longer 😍

This was a great accommodation in Tulum. The room and decor is amazing The only slight downside I might add is the hot water didn't come on my last night but as this is a new hotel, this can be resolved quite quickly. The location is great and you can cycle towards the beach in around 10minutes.

The hotel is beautiful and is an ideal rest oasis. The road to the hotel is not ideal on the last 200 meters so be warned to take it easy. The morning classes are great but unfortunately some of them have been shifted to another hotel location. The food is really tasty so are the drinks, although the later are on the expensive side. We’ve already been here twice, so overall it’s a great deal in the low season!

5-STAR FANTASTIC STAY! This is one of the best Airbnb's we've ever been to. - The place is brand new (the stainless steel appliances even still had plastic on the outlet plugs) - Sparkling clean, not a piece of dirt or anything out of place. Sheets, towels, countertops, floors, everything was impeccably clean. - This hotel has different rooms (bachelor, and then 1 bed & 2 bed with kitchens), since we needed a kitchen, we moved to a room that had a microwave, stove, fridge, kettle, toaster & coffee maker - it was perfect! - Wifi was fantastic (we work remotely) and so was the AC - Only 5 min taxi or 25 min walk to centro - Some nearby construction so bring earplugs :) - Laundry on site for an extra cost which was really convenient - The rooftop was the best! It has a pool, bar, tables, tanning chairs, splash pool & cabanas next to the pool where you can watch the sunset - Excellent restaurant is right below, you get 10% off We felt safe & very comfortable here 5/5 Recommend!

Pools are nice and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The whole Boho-vibe in this hotel was what made me feel like I was actually in Tulum. Also, we enjoyed the privacy my fiancée and I had while we stayed in our room. We had a very relaxing, most amazing time and we will definitely come back as soon as we can.

Jorge is super chill, communicative and locally knowledgeable. His place os easy to book and has a cool courtyard near some great restaurants. Wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks Jorge!

Although it is not downtown, it is worth going because it includes access to the cenote that is beautiful
