This place is BEAUTIFUL, the host was nothing short of amazing!! So very considerate and helpful. The location is perfect for everything! Depending on the time of day, the ruins and beach is less than ten minutes away. Tulum beach is about 20 minutes away too, again depends on the time of day. Just beautiful, everything was beautiful! STAY HERE!!

Clean and nice stay.

The hotel is beautiful and is an ideal rest oasis. The road to the hotel is not ideal on the last 200 meters so be warned to take it easy. The morning classes are great but unfortunately some of them have been shifted to another hotel location. The food is really tasty so are the drinks, although the later are on the expensive side. We’ve already been here twice, so overall it’s a great deal in the low season!

Very good experience during my stay at Botånica. For a hostel, the facilities are luxurious. The beds are super comfortable and everything looks very clean. Located in a central area and you have the option to take a bike to get around much faster. The breakfasts are complete and very tasty. And best of all, the attention you get from the staff. Fernando is charming, he was attentive, friendly and helpful at all times. In short, if I go back to Tulum it will be to Botånica.

It was a pleasure to stay at Luisa's place, everything was perfect Luisa and her companion are adorable and the cook for breakfasts is excellent A very pleasant stay and we recommend it without hesitation if we come back to Mexico we will come back to see Luisa See you soon and thank you again Hervé and Claire

Lagoon hotel was an amazing place to stay for my first time in Tulum. The place looks and feels exactly like it’s shown in the pics, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. Large bedroom located in a small residence. Lovely garden with a kitchenette. The room is nice with a large bed and a small fridge. It's quiet. The housekeeper was lovely when coming to let us know that our safe had remained open, thank you.

Excellent attention from Pedro as he was always on the slope and in constant communication, the place is comfortable, quiet and cozy, as described, it has everything necessary for a pleasant stay since it has a pool inside the building and to my liking the one above is better for the weather. It is in an excellent location since practically crossing is the Chedraui, it is in an intermediate area towards the hotel area and downtown area, so moving anywhere is practical, as many people ended up hiring a car to move freely. The complex although it has parking, it is usually full, so in personal terms every day I had to park it on the outside. However, the area is very quiet and constantly monitored by patrols so the car stayed safe and from the terrace of the apartment I could see it. Overall everything was fine

This was such a wonderful stay! The space looks just like the photos and it is very spacious! The hosts were extremely proactive, responsive, and accommodating. The building is secure and makes you feel like you are right at home. There is a cafe just across the street and everything you could need is within walking distance. Thank you for hosting me in this beautiful space!

Great and unique place to stay! We did not want to leave.

We had a lovely relaxing time in this lovely home on the beach. We were only six people but this house has seven bedrooms and seating for 16 so we had loads of space. The are many living spaces so even if you are a lot of people there is still space to relax. The onsite team kept the house clean and tidy each day, they even did our washing. They did an amazing job. Even when the power went out they were quick to bring online the backup generator so didn’t have any problems. The house is situated on Tankah bay, although no life guards its very calm and seems fairly safe to paddle board and swim. Bring your snorkel so you can see the coral and fish. It’s about 10mins drive from tulum, taxis and bus (with a walk) are possible but would highly recommend you rent a car to get to this house. There are security patrols so you feel safe all the time. Will be going back…
