The house is located in La Turballe, quiet with views of the salt marsh ponds. Les Bretons beach is 150 m from the house, you can walk there of course. You are also 800 m from the Port of La Turballe which is the first fishing port of the Pays de Loire... From the terrace of our house, you have a view of the ponds, which are at the bottom of the garden, you can admire egrets... herons... ducks... sacred ibis of the Nile........ Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .

Charming salt worker's house renovated in 2020, quiet and with a closed and green garden, located in the village of Saillé in the heart of the salt marshes of Guérande. Ideally located, the bay of La Baule, the port of Le Pouliguen and the ramparts of Guérande are only 2 kilometers away. The village of Saillé has two renowned restaurants, a newsstand and a bread depot.
