Ideally located just outside La Baule, you'll appreciate the peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere, the pétanque court, and especially the swimming pool (unheated - opening May 22, 2026). La Baule beach is 2.5km away (10min by bike, 30min on foot, 5min by car).

You will appreciate this very spacious, well-equipped and perfectly located house. You will enjoy the garden and the swimming pool for unique moments with family or friends. You will be close to the wild coast and the beach of Port-lin and you can easily access the center of Le Croisic with its shops and restaurants . The package indicated corresponds to bed linen and towels. The option for cleaning is 150 euros. This accommodation is not accessible to disabled people.

Les Gîtes de Lauvergnac welcome you in a pleasant and relaxing setting. 3 minutes from the beaches of La Turballe and 15 minutes from La Baule by car, a 67 m² house, 2 bedrooms with bathroom and toilet is available for a stay with family or friends. On site, all the comforts to feel at home: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, Wi-Fi, TV, large terrace with seating area and barbecue. House suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM) and disabilities.

House 400 meters from the port

The central location of this house favors "everything on foot" (beaches, marina, market, shops, multisport field...). The saltwater pool (9 X 3) is heated from April to October and is just for you! To enjoy your stay as soon as you arrive, the beds are made. Linens are provided with all the necessary maintenance. To discover (or rediscover): the medieval city of Guérande, the salt marshes, La Baule... but also the islands with immediate departures from the port.

Ideally located close to the beaches, in a quiet residence, our accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It consists of the living room, a well-equipped kitchen and toilet on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Its southwest-facing terrace and 120 m2 lawn promise convivial evenings around the barbecue. The residence's swimming pool is perfect for cooling off from 6/15 to 9/15 (unheated). Our bikes are at your disposal.
