1st floor apartment for 4 people, sheets, towels and bath towels provided, electric gate, fenced yard, easy access, 300 m from bike paths, 10 min from beaches, 1.5 km from city centre, market, supermarket. FOR INFO, I have 2 other rentals, one for 6 people, Coquillages et Bois Frottés, and the other for 4 people, Mer et Forêt. All 3 are independent. I do not charge cleaning fees because I hand over clean and I would like to recover in the same state.

We rent our little house in Ronce les Bains with 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Terrace and garden will allow you to enjoy the sun all day. It is very well located 3’ walk from everything (sea, market and shops). A separate room allows you to take a shower back from the beach as well as a washing machine. The little extra to use in moderation for the planet: it has air conditioning. Plancha and bodybuilding rower available.
