Chartreuse wooden house

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

Ideal for smiles of gliding or hiking in the heart of the Oisans. This small restored house in a quiet little hamlet, at an altitude of 1050 m and with magnificent views of the Meije, will transport you into the warm world of the mountain. Ideal base camp for rider, with the possibility of walking and proximity by car (essential) to 3 large ski resorts: Les 2 Alpes(20 min), Alpe d 'Huez, La Grave and Les Valons de la Meije. Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Forget your concerns at this spacious and serene property. Located in a small village on the Saint Hilaire du Touvet plateau, you will recharge your batteries surrounded by mountain scenery. Many walks are very easily accessible, and if you want to ski or learn paragliding, the house is 5 min from the Col de Marcieu as well as Saint-Hilaire. Grenoble is 40 minutes away. We have a very friendly cat to feed and a plant to water:-)
