Welcome to our home, in our family home in Tencin at the foot of the Belledonne massif and close to the Chartreuse. Located 20 minutes from the Sept Laux resort and less than 30 minutes from Grenoble and Chambéry. Lac de la Terrasse is 5 minutes away. Here, there is no impersonal accommodation: you sleep in the old rooms of our grown-up children, in a warm house. It's a family Airbnb, like the original platform. Ideally located for enjoying the mountain!

Chartreuse wooden house

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Small independent house. Le Touvet village

We offer an independent house in the Grésivaudan Valley, between Grenoble and Chambéry. Single-story, cozy and very bright, with private garden and parking space. It is located in the center of the village, next to the owners' house (not overlooked) in a quiet area. It is located between the Chartreuse and Belledonne mountain ranges. Many activities await you: mountain (skiing, hiking, paragliding), cycling, swimming (lakes), sightseeing.
