Brand new modern studio, with a sofa bed and bed linen for 2 people, a kitchen equipped with 2-burner ceramic hob, combined microwave, kettle, fridge, dishes for 2 people, Nespresso coffee machine, TV and Wi-Fi. Linens are included in the rental (bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels). This new studio is conveniently located between the city center of La Rochelle and the Île de Ré bridge. All amenities nearby, you are a 2-minute walk to: Intermarché, pharmacy, bakery, laundromat, dry cleaning, La Poste, tobacco, newsstand. Large market in La Pallice every Sunday morning, 2-minute walk. Bus stop in front of the house that takes you to downtown La Rochelle in 10 minutes or during the months of July and August to Île de Ré in 15 minutes. You are also a 5-minute walk to the large musical theater "La Sirène". We provide you with free bikes that will allow you to go to Chef de Baie beach located 10 minutes away and take other walks in this beautiful city full of bike paths. Free private parking space.
