The apartment is very clean and very well-equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet! We only stayed one night but it totally matched our expectations.

Excellent stay at Soline's, the apartment is completely in line with the photos. It is extremely well equipped, everything is there, absolutely nothing is missing. Everything is thought out in the smallest detail for maximum comfort both inside and outside. The accommodation is 10 minutes by bike from the port, in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Check-in and check-out were very easy with a lot of flexibility on schedules. We had a great stay, thank you very much!

A haven of peace close to everything, shops, beaches, bike paths. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The Chai is very comfortable and you feel at home, everything is there to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The ideal outdoor space for dining or just lounging and enjoying. The plus: the large garage where cars and bicycles are sheltered. A big thank you to Nicolas from the Concierge for his availability and welcome, not to mention the very much appreciated welcome gift We will put our suitcases down with great pleasure soon, that's for sure

Pleasant and clean accommodation, just a small downside with the toilet paper which in my opinion, is a little tight for 1 night with 2 people 😊 Otherwise very well

We had a great Pentecost weekend, the accommodation is very nice and quiet. The sun was out, we were able to enjoy the pool. About 10 minutes from La Rochelle, by car. i would recommend this place

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house is very well located in the centre of La Flotte - while also being very quiet and private with space to sit outside both at the front and at the back. The accommodation is stylish and comfortable. And the concierge service was excellent - friendly and highly responsive with good local recommendations.

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!
