Great property in a lovely residential neighborhood. Walkable to downtown. Very comfortable.

Home was very nice, private, and peaceful. When propane gas for the grill ran out, Rick was very responsive in getting a replacement.

We met for a family reunion and had a great time. The house is spacious and comfortable and the view from the large patio is exceptional. You can really see the river down below and the mountains in the distance. Lovely way to start and end the day.

A peaceful haven that invites one to relax and enjoy a break from a hectic life. It seems new and is well-decorated, with a splash of bright color. Perfect for 1-2 people. Very efficient use of space; it feels larger than 700 sq. ft. Plenty of windows open to let fresh air through. Unique little neighborhood on a knoll with views -- great 5-min. walk around the lane that makes a loop. Galaxyland has everything you need to cook, but I also enjoyed nearby places with healthy food to eat there or to go: Sage Fresh Eats and Zia's North. Between those places and Galaxyland you cross the Animas River, along which a paved trail runs all the way to the south side of downtown.

We had a lovely stay in this house. Everything was exceptionally clean. The 2 queen beds were extra comfy. The kitchen and baths were well stocked for lots of different needs. The park-like setting of the house is beautiful, with the huge trees, big grassy area, and the pond. The host was proactive with their communication. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was incredibly comfortable and well-stocked with everything (and more!) you could possibly need. The views were absolutely beautiful—so peaceful and scenic. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring. Would definitely stay again!

Myself, my husband, our 2 dogs & my parents rented this location. It was very peaceful with gorgeous views. The hottub was great after a super long day of driving! Wish we could have had time to use it more than once! Lorena, the housekeeper, and another person were very quick to respond to any of our questions/concerns. The housekeeper was quick to address a couple items the next morning while we were out for the day. The home is beautifully/minimally decorated with an open concept. It was very easy to get to the home and we always felt secure! We went at the perfect time of year and never had to use heat/AC. LOVED that they had recycling & a fenced yard for our pups. We were mostly out and about around town/national parks, so we didn't get to spend much time using the amenities. Would recommend to a family or couple wanting a more private, scenic stay. We were located no more than 15 minutes from the local shops/restaurants. Lots of wildlife! Thank you for having us!!

If you are traveling to the Durango area, you have to book this place! Spacious home, we had 6 people and were more than comfortable with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We did a lot of cooking and there are plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. The star of the show though are the miniature horses! We had an 11 and a 13 year old with us and they couldn’t wait to come back to the house to see the horses, even after days full of activities. May was so wonderfully kind and showed the kids how to brush and walk the horses and they had a blast! May is also so very nice and welcoming. Definitely a gem of an Airbnb listing!!!

We are an older active couple and Durango was a lovely town to spend a week in. Kayaking, the train to Silverton and so much more to fill your time. Donna’s home is perfectly located to just about everything. It gave us just want we needed. We liked relaxing in the Ash tree grove, & being near Animas River and the train tracks. Millie the cat kept us sweet company.

We thought the pictures looked inviting and the reality was even better. This was a charming apartment, thoughtfully furnished with a wonderful kitchen. The decor was thoughtful, the host wonderful. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with our stay and hope to return someday!

First time visiting Durango and this place was perfect. The place was clean, comfortable and in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Plus it was a short drive to lots of hiking and getting to the town center. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed here while in town for work and had a great experience. The location was convenient and easy to find. The space itself was clean, quiet, and perfect for getting rest after long days. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

If you want a place to relax, this is it. Lesley is a wonderful host and her home is exactly what it looks like in the photos and it's beautiful and clean and wonderful. She responds quickly to questions and her home is clean and bright. Don't pass up a chance to stay there!

Brittany’s place was very nice! We loved the location with the river & the train. The apartment had very nice finishes. All the linens were very nice and the bed was great! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. Lovely place. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a darling location! The furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments, spices and great cooking utensils and pots and pans. The hot tub was clean and used both the nights we were there. Both Mike and Elle's suggestions about area activities was very helpful. The marina across the street has great service for rentals. Oh, did I mention the delicious coffee cake, snacks and OJ left for our enjoyment? It was a truly one of our favorite places to stay!

Our first time at Purgatory with our family of 5 and the location was great! Hosts were responsive if we had a question, a short walk to the ski lift and loved that it was on the first floor. Also loved the bench outside the door to put on and take off your ski boots. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Aliya's place. It was spotlessly clean - not a speck of dust, grime, or hair to be seen. It smelled fine and felt safe. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Melissa’s place for my niece’s high school graduation. The location ended up being more perfect than we had intended! It was an easy drive to and from town, and very quiet! It was absolutely perfect, and everything we were looking for it to be. The area was clean and very welcoming. Instructions were easy to follow, and the place was easy to find! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

One word KF was GREAT. The condo is conveniently located 15 miles north of Durango in a beautiful setting with wonderful views. Exceptionally clean, fast WiFi, easy to use TV, a magical decorative fireplace, and so much more. Most impressive was KF’s easy accessibility and his sincere and over the top desire to please. Could not recommend it more highly. A wonder filled stay. We have already recommended it to friends. Looking forward to the next visit ….

I would 100% recommend Josh's place -- it's fresh and modern, has every amenity plus a sweet rooftop patio -- it was so easy and comfortable to be here. I was immediately at home. It's a short walk to downtown Durango, and the wonderful Coop grocery store is right across the street. Josh was quick to respond and friendly. I would stay here again!
