Brimstone is a ski-in/ski-out complex located directly at the ski resort / bicycle park, 27 miles north of Durango. Enjoy the year-round activities the area has to offer and come relax in one of our cozy condos sitting fireside or enjoying a soak in our hot tub with breathtaking views of the mountains. Armstrong Library (1200 sq ft) is a lakeside two story cabin cabin with splendid lake and mountain views from the screened in porch and a huge lakeside lawn. It has a large living room with a fireplace, is nice and bright, a table seating 4 for card games or great for breakfast. Dining room seating for 6. Newly remodeled in spring 2025. There are three bedrooms. The cabin holds 9 people with 2 king beds, a queen, double, and a twin.

2 bedroom 2 bath condo located about 200 yards (short walk) from the Purgatory Mountain main ski lift and Mountain Village which offers shopping, dining & activities.
